First, congratulations for hitting the Top Ten people on the MI5 Hit List. Me, too. They think they can stop the Truth and the Creator by killing us; they have learned nothing in the past 60,000 years and are planning to use the palms of people's hands as their identifying mark.
They haven't noticed all the "mysterious" handprints in all the ancient cave paintings in France, Spain, Switzerland and elsewhere. They don't remember that handprints have been used as identification before, but some of us remember.
You have, in your possession, an extraordinary document printed on light blue legal-sized paper, with my name, Anna Maria Riezinger, on it. It is an Ecclesiastical Deed Poll reclaiming my assets, including my name and body and other physical assets.
Earlier investigations have established my identity as an Heir of the St. Germain Trust, also called the World Trust, and an Heir of the Tartarian Empire as well. My claims have been received.
For some years, I have been the Fiduciary for The United States of America (Unincorporated) and my name appears as a Signatory on the 2010 Postal Treaty of the Americas.
For seven (7) years I pursued Due Process under American Common Law on behalf of Pope Benedict XVI -- not the Vatican,
and completed that process in 2014.
His Eminence, Prefect H.E. Cardinal Dominique Mamberti, and the Vatican Chancery Court have been kept fully informed.
The misadministration of the corporations and the harm to innocent living people as a result of the predation of these creatures made of air and imagination has long-since merited their dissolution under Ecclesiastical Law and Commercial Law. Both.
It is within your power as Pope to nationalize the United States Corporation in whatever specific form it currently exists, and your 60% ownership position in the British Crown Corporation enables you to force complete overhaul of its operations worldwide.
Here are my observations:
1. No matter how it is couched in terms of pity, love, and care, encouraging dependency is not a favor to the poor, rather, it is a subtle and insidious form of enslavement that does not properly support anyone, and instead fosters a vicious cycle in which injustice to the taxpayers creates a spirit of entitlement in the beneficiaries of this system. Similarly, making health care a for-profit economic sector has only spawned promotion of disease for profit.
2. This business of foisting off unconscionable citizenship contracts on babies and their unwitting parents, taking copyrights on their Given Names, and using these as a means to latch onto the living people to whom those names actually belong, has to end. Trusts were never meant to be the instruments of aggravated identity theft, unlawful conversion, and enslavement.
3. The constant duplicity and dishonesty and fear that this practice and the resulting misrepresentation of living people as corporation franchises, infant decedent estates, public trusts, Roman Inferior Trusts, etc., does nothing but corrupt the courts and breed injustice;
4. Whatever profit such things as "federal income taxes" have produced have to be weighed against the lies that have been told, the lives that have been ruined, the living people who have been slandered and jailed, and the gross cost of these criminally misapplied programs that generate trillions of dollars worth of lost income, unproductive paperwork, court costs, and discouragement of enterprise;
5. The perpetual "war" generated by the British Crown Corporations being pitted against the Roman Municipal Corporations and the war profiteering this encourages is another huge issue that hangs on your offices; the Pope owns the preponderant interest in all these corporations--- which are not supposed to harm living people and which are allowed to exist only for lawful purposes. The corporate veil was never agreed to as a legal mechanism to shelter gross criminality.
6. The Bar Associations and their members acting under the direction of the Knights Templar have been anything but servants of Justice; they have been among the most practiced, most shameless, and most heinous Liars on Earth, and have diligently served the Father of All Lies, instead. Mankind is no longer deceived by their costumes and poker faces; they are being judged by what they do, and found extremely wanting.
7. The whole narrative of human caused global warming and climate change was a shameful and obvious lie designed to justify the imposition of "carbon taxes" and nobody with a brain bought it as anything else.
8. The pandemic was even worse. Adding a bit of patented genetically engineered transmitter utility to the human genome and trying to use that to claim that the recipients were now owned by the patent holder and were transformed into "transhumans" is grossly criminal, as is the inclusion of poisons in the so-called vaccine. The victims of this genocide will remember the Church's silence.
9. The Vatican's support for spraying poisonous industrial wastes including heavy metal pollutants and incendiary halide compounds on the Earth is well-documented. You will be catching the blame for that, too.
10. The abuses that occurred in residential schools and hospitals run by the Churches in this country and Canada and elsewhere will not rest; those little souls stand up from the dust and accuse the men and women who spoke of Christian love and delivered Satanic cruelty, instead. It's not enough to throw money at it or say you are sorry or try to pass it off as if it didn't happen.
11. The British Crown Corporation has established a vast hidden banking services monopoly in maritime jurisdiction; the redefinition of living people as British Crown Corporation franchises and secondarily as Roman Municipal Corporation franchises, has enabled this, by avoiding the requirement that commercial banks serve commercial entities.
12. Legislation has been broadly misapplied to living people and Public Law has been undermined by the activities of the Bar Associations; the unchecked proliferation of legislation has resulted in over eighty million statutory laws, regulations, codes, rules, ordinances, and corporation policies being enacted in this country alone. Just the unproductive burden of enforcement of this bureaucracy cannot be maintained, to say nothing of the impossibility of anyone being able to know and obey this endless spewing of legislation -- including those it actually applies to.
My suggestions:
1. The worst abuses could be nipped in the bud simply by requiring that the word "incorporated" be made part of all corporation names that are not otherwise identified as incorporated entities. This would end the ability to confuse living people with corporate franchises named after them, and also put an end to incorporated organizations and institutions deliberately confusing themselves with unincorporated organizations and institutions.
2. This pernicious mirroring fraud can also be slowed down and eventually stopped by establishing a central database that detects and tosses out duplicate names or names that could be confused with existing names so that, for example, we no longer have to fight with the Indian Government to shut down a corporation registered in India and doing business as The United States of America (Incorporated) or take Britain to task for its recent edition, the United States of America, LLC.
3. Stop polluting the Earth by spraying poisons on it.
4. Stop permitting criminal patents or patents that can obviously be used to promote crime -- allowing them to "legally" profit from their criminal inventions just encourages more investment in criminal activities and enterprises.
5. Stop the pretense of "war" and misapplication of war protocols, such as the use of wartime flags, collection of war reparations, and the practice of confusing actual war with mercenary conflicts that is habitual between the British Crown Corporation and Roman Municipal Corporation(s).
6. Instead of drumming up obviously flawed and politicized science for use as a bogey-man to promote more taxes and more regulation, face up to the fact that in a fiat monetary system the only actual function of taxes is to curb inflation that could be better curbed by expediting the debt swaps (Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions) already mandated by Federal Law, and issuance of prepaid credit certificates;
7. Do away with Administrative Code entirely; it was concocted without authority and imposed on the public instead of being used to guide and limit agency functions. Require that every new act of legislation requires the removal of two former acts of legislation.
8. As for the horrific abuses that were the historical harvest of residential schools, hospitals -- especially psychiatric hospitals, orphanages, and nursing homes, you can't do anything about the past, but you can certainly improve the present and plan for a far, far better future. Engaging the people and the communities that have been harmed in bringing these corrections and solutions to fruition is the best proof of reform and self-accountability.
9. The British Crown's Maritime Banking Monopoly has to be removed and creating two giant monopolies, one to manage actual asset-backed money (BRICS) and one to manage credit (QFS) is not the answer. The world does need a Bilateral Banking System, but the only way to do it is by refusing the Siren Song of coercive power over the lives of individual people and small businesses. If you look into the history, you will remember why the requirement that commercial banks could only serve commercial customers was put in place in the first place.
10. Recognizing the difference between living people and legal fiction entities is key to maintaining sanity and bringing real love and self-accountability into the equation of social welfare; people are not numbers, not accounts, not just "benefit recipients". Throwing more money at people or imagining that everyone can or should become dependent on a welfare system is the definition of insanity. Trillions of dollars have been squandered on NGOs without producing a single self-sustaining community of self-respecting, connected, and productive people. There are programs that have had these successful results, but they are being drowned out and bypassed in the mudslide of cronyism and graft.
11. Educate the members of the Bar Associations so that they actually know what law is. I have asked hundreds of these men and women where law comes from, and exactly two of them, all Bar Association members in good standing, had a clue. The blind cannot lead the blind. The same goes for Medical Doctors. They have been trained on a combat model to fight every symptom on a short term basis, but generally speaking, know nothing about health and are just as unhealthy on average as the rest of the population --or more so.
12. The corporate social model is just a model, and it overall hasn't worked. It has brought technology that is advancing faster than our hearts and minds and spiritual maturity can keep up and teach us to make the right use of technology. It has brought efficiency that is crushing the human soul and maiming creativity that is the well-spring of our actual advancement. It has brought order out of chaos, perhaps, to some extent, but at the cost of decency and appreciation for individuality. There are other models that have been more successful and yielded far better results over thousands of years, so I would suggest looking backward to ancestral systems like Ubuntu in Africa and Ho'Oponopono in Hawaii to help build a truly successful modern social model.
You are a Roman Catholic; I am not. You are a man deeply versed in scripture and doctrine, liturgical cycles, and law of the Roman Catholic Church. I am a Great-Grandmother whose eyes have seen much, whose hands have labored, and whose heart has been broken many times. What could we have in common -- a Patriarch and a Matriarch?
Perhaps it comes down to this: you carry the burden of the world, and I carry the burden of the Earth. We have much to teach each other, but not a lot of time to act.
Even now, blind forces are ratcheting forward to whatever greedy, small-minded, and evil ends they see. A heartless, mindless surveillance and control state is even now trying to enforce itself on mankind, for no better reason than corporate profit. And what, in the end, does that mean?
An ability to produce more widgets than we need? A world in which one man is a trillionaire and another can't afford a scrap of bread? A place where young people are so alienated from life and from each other that, when asked, they don't really have a single friend?
I think we have both seen enough of the corporate model, and need to dream again. I have plenty of real-world solutions to offer and ways to remake the world, but I need access now to my ancestral wealth and freedom to perform my duties as Fiduciary Trustee of the (D')Avila Family Trust. I will leave you with that thought.
