An international Cease and Desist Order has been issued against Hunter Toyofuku-Aki and Adriaan Fondse, an M1 Trustee.
Hunter Toyofuku-Aki was removed as Director of our publicly chartered bank doing business as The Global Family Bank effective July 1st 2026.
This was done because he attempted to take actions incompatible with the nature of a publicly chartered bank and which he had no authority to do.
As a result, neither he nor anything he is calling "Global Family Bank" has any ability to issue our gold species currency, the American Federation Dollar (AFD), nor any credit instruments; and anything called "Global Family Bank" from this point forward must be recognized as a deliberate attempt to mirror our former publicly chartered bank with a licensed imposter.
We have secured the data and treaties and accounts of the bank we chartered and shut it down. We will be reopening our public charter bank under new management and a different name soon.
Adriaan Fondse is a M1 Trustee without assignment rights.
According to reports we have received, he has accessed Alpha and Omega Trust funds and they are being used to pay out restitution entitlements owed by the British Crown Corporation in South Africa.
Alpha and Omega Trust funds are earmarked to pay for healthcare worldwide. Alpha and Omega is the fraternity of physicians, medical doctors and other healthcare professionals. That's why it was called the Alpha and Omega Trust in the first place.
The (D')Avila Family Trust is the source of the Alpha and Omega Trust funds and there has been no change in the purpose or allocation assigned to the Alpha and Omega Trust.
Apparently, Adriaan Fondse has misrepresented his duty to locate funds owed to the (D')Avila Family Trust, and may have attempted to rubber-stamp my signature on paperwork related to this situation. I have notified the President of the World Bank.
Adriaan Fondse was never given any assignment rights related to those funds. His job was to locate funds owed to the (D')Avila Trust.
