International Public Notice: About "American State Nationals"

 By Anna Von Reitz

Google AI, which is as ignorant as its owners, has put out a screed saying that "American State Nations (ASNs) are a rapidly growing group of Individuals who believe that they can correct their political status from "United States citizen" (which they believe is a corporate entity) to a "National" of a specific state (e.g. Wisconsin State National)."

They then attempt to debunk our political status and claim of rights based on their very limited understanding of history and law, which is, of course, limited to federal statutes and federal definitions that they assume "must" apply to us, because they do apply to them.

The term "American State National" doesn't exist in federal law, because it isn't federal.  It derives from the pre-Civil War States of the Union and our still-present States of the Union and Union States.

The term "American State National" refers to our native political status at the state level represented by our separate state demonyms: Minnesotan, Californian, New Yorkers, and so on.  That's what we are talking about, and the fact that Federal citizens are ignorant, should not surprise us.

Our law and customs are as foreign to them as theirs are foreign to us.

There are four possible United States citizenships, none of which refer to the actual states or people of this country.

This is not an opinion. It is a historical, legal, and lawful fact.

These federal citizenship statuses are: United States citizens or United States Citizens or U.S. Citizens or citizens of the United States (Fourteenth Amendment citizens).

These are all Federal Government citizenship statuses that apply to federal workers and their dependents in various jurisdictions.  None of these citizenship statuses naturally apply to Americans born in the states, or as we say in English, the American States.

The core of the issue is exposed by the first United States Immigration and Naturalization Law, which describes the lengthy process Americans born in the States must undergo to become United States Citizens --- in order to work for the Federal Republic.
Similarly, U.S. Citizens work for the British Territorial Subcontractors operating as the United States of America, Incorporated, and the  "United States citizens" status refers to Federal Civil Service employees hired by the Holy Roman Empire to provide stipulated services under The Constitution of the United States and the "citizens of the United States" refers to Fourteenth Amendment citizens who had citizenship obligations illegally and immorally conferred on them without their knowledge or consent.

All "United States" citizenships are foreign to the American States and people and always have been.

Obviously, an American can live their entire life without working for or being dependent upon the federal government.

In the current federal Immigration and Naturalization Act you will find Section 101 A (21) which defines the term "national" for federal purposes as a "person having a permanent allegiance to a state" and just after that, 101 A (36) which defines "State" as a group of Insular States --- that is, United States Possessions.

If we were to use their terms, "American State National" would refer to someone from the Territories and Possessions, not a native Californian or Wisconsinite --- which is what it means in our terms.

According to Federal terms and usage, then, Americans who don't work for or depend upon the federal government all live in "states"  not "States", but the states we live in define "States" differently --- in our system their definition of "states" refers to the pre-Civil War States.

These are similar sounding terms, with different meanings --- "dialectics" that obscure truth and create confusion.

In Federal-ese then, and armed with the knowledge that the Immigration and Naturalization Act defines "nationals" as "persons having a permanent allegiance to a state" --- with a small "s", we can recognize ourselves and our birthright status as "nationals" having permanent allegiance to our states: for example, the pre-Civil War states of Wisconsin, Maine, Florida, and so on.

Whether you speak Federal-ese and use a small "s" to indicate the sovereign pre-Civil War states or speak plain English and use a capital "S" to indicate the sovereign pre-Civil War States is a matter of conventions and does not dispute the basic truth: Americans are not naturally birth citizens of any kind.

We are "nationals" not "citizens" in both systems.

The word "citizen" implies an obligation to serve some form of government -- whether as an employee or as a serf, whether the government served is a monarchy, a republic, city, a municipality, or in our case, "a republican form of government" organized around the kitchen table.

If we use the Federal conventions, we are "nationals" and have a permanent allegiance to a "state".  If we use the plain English conventions of the States of the Union, we are "Nationals" with a permanent allegiance to a "State" -- and collectively, we are American State Nationals.

Please note that standard English, not Federal Code or Legal Jargon, is the Official Language of this country, so we are under no obligation to know or use federal language conventions at all.  The members of the various United States citizenships are compelled, instead, to understand our language and conventions.

Artificial Intelligence which is programmed by programmers using information provided by Federal sources, only knows the Federal jargon and the Federal Code which is designed to treat any information that is different or foreign to its own database as either (1) hostile or (2) incorrect.

So when we call ourselves "American State Nationals" and do so with a full understanding of our allegiance to our States of the Union, it isn't for any Federal citizenry to comment or allege that we are doing anything improper or ignorant or even questionable.

The various kinds of "United States" citizenries are our employees and dependents and are "citizens" with respect to our States of the Union ---and they all owe us "good faith service".

Any public employee at any level of government, foreign or domestic, who doesn't grasp this basic fact needs re-education, not encouragement of their basic ignorance.  Once again, we are reminded that "AI" is only as intelligent as the programmers adding information to their software.
