International Public Notice: Notice of Intervention

Donald Trump has admitted to the World Court that it is his intention to bypass the claims of The United States and "return" the States to Great Britain.  

The only "States" that Donald Trump possesses are British Territorial States -- the same so-called Territorial Administrative States that were established under "Non-Conforming Constitutions" beginning in 1846 as described in our earlier Extinguishment Order. 

These are not the States of the Union that everyone supposes.  These are foreign (British Territorial) legal fiction "State" entities.

These administrative "States" only exist ephemerally, while the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors are temporarily in possession of land assets prior to their enrollment as States of the Union. 

All such temporary "States" set up in accordance with the Northwest Ordinance have been annexed and/or enrolled as States of the Union ---meaning the original Union--- as of October 1st 2020, and any land trusts or other physical assets administered by these entities are owed to the actual lawful State Governments and their administration. 

The World Court, correctly, told Mr. Trump that he has no standing to address land issues.  They know and everyone else needs to know that the realms of fact overstand the realms of fiction, and never the twain can meet.  

Alaska has been enrolled as a State of the Union -- the original organic State and the original organic Union.  This completes the process mandated by the Northwest Ordinance and extinguishes the Territorial "State" as well as any subcontracted Municipal "STATE" government. 

As contractors and service vendors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America, the administrators of the Territorial "States" that have been operating under "Non-Conforming Constitutions" must stand down and assume the limitations and duties assigned to them under the actual Organic Law --- no more, no less.  

It is apparent that over time and for lack of correction, many misapprehensions and acts of fraud have been perpetuated on the actual living people. Mr. Trump's suggestion that "the States" be returned to Great Britain is the ultimate betrayal and insult offered to the actual owners of the land and soil assets of this country. 

Mr. Governor Dunleavy and Mr. President Donald J. Trump, acting as President of the United States of America, Incorporated, have both received proper Notice and advisement that their administrative "State" was dissolved at the time they received Notice of the enrollment of Alaska as a State of the Union.  

We have issued and forwarded a formal Extinguishment Order, though such a step should not be necessary given the fore-ordained nature of the process set forth in the Northwest Ordinance. 

This is the natural and pre-ordained and contractual result of the process engaged under the Northwest Ordinance.  It should not come as a surprise that the Territorial "States" have been extinguished as a result of completing this process. 

The Lawful American Government provided by the States of the Union --- meaning the only actual and original Union --- is present and accounted for.  The lawful State Assemblies are in operation and have been for a number of years.   

Continued acts of "soft" usurpation and enforcement of False Claims in Commerce offered against the Public Interest of the American People by Federal Subcontractors and/or their own Municipal Subcontractors will result in criminal charges and international enforcement. 

For anyone lacking understanding: the Municipal Government contractors/vendors were hired by the Territorial Government subcontractors and any charges addressed by Municipal citizens of the United States to presumed-to-exist Territorial U.S. Citizens operating under the Given Names of Americans, are to be discharged by the Territorial Government. 

The Territorial Subcontractors set things up in this fashion to promote a double-dipping scheme benefiting themselves at the expense of hapless Americans who were deliberately kept in the dark about these cozy accommodations being made "for" them by their Federal Service Vendors and State-of-State franchises operated by these same vendors.  

The very-similarly-named Americans and their estates are exempt from levy under international law and contractual obligation.  

This is why the United States of America and its DEPARTMENT OF STATE are required to issue Guaranty Bonds, such as 15036455-3 issued to "Anna Maria Riezinger" --they are operating their public Territorial Persons and Municipal PERSONS under various renditions of the Given Names of Americans. The Guaranty Bonds are what ultimately legalize these duplicitous operations. 

This Notice of Intervention is being issued to underline these facts for everyone's complete understanding.  The United States of America, Incorporated, is still under contract to provide the services outlined by The Constitution of the United States of America, and its subcontracted Municipal vendors are still obligated to provide services in accordance with The Constitution of the United States. 

The officers of the State of Alaska, Inc., the Alaska State, Inc., ALASKA, INC. et alia and all and any Territorial and/or Municipal persons attached to these Legal Fictions are advised that they have no jurisdiction related to actual land or soil assets in this country and their presumption of authority vested in Territorial Administrative "States" operated under Non-Conforming Constitutions has been overturned by the completion of the annexation and/or enrollment of the remaining States of the Union.  

Americans are owed and have duly claimed their United States Land Patents and re-issued their Sovereign Letters Patent on the public record as of November 4th 2015. They are also owed and have duly claimed their exemption from levy and their reversionary trust interest.  Any legal presumptions or assumptions otherwise are not supported by the Court of Record nor any superior court of the actual State.

The Long, Long Road Home

I am writing to reassure everyone that I am fine, the Federation is fine, and you are fine.  

Your Earth is in trouble, however.  It's up to you to take action to save it and your fellow man, make an end to the lies, and delve down to the truth that lives in each one of us.   

You first take action via thought, and then, you take more action by feeling emotions prompted by your thoughts. And then your thought-emotion naturally broadcasts into the Universe.  And you sit there like the Child of God that you are, transmitting your thought-feeling into infinity without sound, without words, expressing your Will, letting your mind's eye caress the ocean and the sky, the forests and the fields of home. 

Oh, you may start out in your little town, your State, your America, but don't stop there.  Let your mind's eye drift onward across the sea and over foreign lands.  Let your mind's ears hear the pounding of the surf in Japan.  Let your thought-body feel the blazing sun of Morocco at dawn, as the chill of the desert night so quickly fades away.   This, too, is your home. 

All you really have to do is love it. 

Strangely, in some people's opinion, I am not bowed down with grief, not overcome by Jim's death.  His face was transfigured, glowing with light, and the expression on it was one of surprise and joy. He was like a bird taking flight straight into the dawn and yes, I was sad that I couldn't fly with him.  Not yet.  But that day, too, shall come. 

Strangely, too, we are closer in spirit now that his body is no longer present.   We silently commune as we always have. He speaks to me, when it suits him; I speak to him in the quiet moments of the day. We are always together and I am beginning to realize that Jim has been utterly restored, perfected, and made whole. 

All the pain and trauma, all the worry and fear and misery is gone. The terrible head injury he suffered as a toddler, the horrors of things he had to do as a soldier, the damage from the way he was treated, the confusions of this crazy world --- vanished as if they never were.

What remains is the irreducible truth. The love that always was and the love that remains. 

We used to assume as most people do that "life" was something that was happening to us, but no; life is what we experience in every moment. So it behooves us to be present, and paying attention. 

Lately, I have been taking flak for giving Michael Jackson a cameo in our beginning textbook, "You Know Something is Wrong When.... An American Affidavit of Probable Cause".  

Toward the end of the book, we quoted the lyrics from the Michael Jackson song, "The Man in the Mirror".  

If anyone on Earth delved deeply into the questions of identity, it was Michael Jackson; and as we have all been the victims of identity theft and Draconian social engineering aimed at reducing us to being unfeeling gears and cogs, it seemed right --- and still does --- to give a nod to what MJ was so often trying to tell us about the "mirror" of our own lives and the choices we make --- or fail to make. 

As you get up in the morning, I hope you "make that change" and go with it freely, not dragging any weight forward from the past,  not worried about any outcome.  Free at last.  Let your mind's eye rest on your fellow man, the people you love, the people you hate, and then look at yourself like your favorite science experiment. 

Who is that man staring back at you?

International Public Notice: Extinguishment Order

This Extinguishment Order pertains to "Non-Conforming Constitutions" used to create Territorial "States" as a prelude to enrollment of States of the Union resulting from the process engaged under the Northwest Ordinance, which provides for a period of time in which Territorial Authorities are exercised to protect, organize, and develop new States of the Union. 

Beginning with Iowa in 1846 these so-called "administrative States" were created by the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors; they were organized -- purportedly -- to provide separate administrative and regulatory support to the numerous new territorial enclaves created by the westward expansion beyond the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. 

The duration of these Territorial States was naturally limited by the provisions of the Northwest Ordinance itself; upon acceptance and enrollment of the Territory as a new State of the Union by the already existing States, the preceding territorial status of the State was naturally superseded and extinguished. 

But what happens when an illegal Mercenary Conflict misrepresented as a "war" intervenes in the midst of this westward expansion process, and the actual States and their State-of-States are commandeered by their own Territorial Subcontractors under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure?  Their lawful officers hunted and accused of being "rebels" and "criminals"?  

Then we have an illegal, unlawful, and immoral nineteenth century putsch carried out by public employees under contract to provide the victims with "good faith service". 

And we have the sleight of hand substitution of Territorial (Administrative) States for the actual States of the Union that the people of this country are owed.  

The Perpetrators of this Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of their Service Contracts got away with it for over 160 years, but we, the people of this country, did eventually wake up. 

We declared our birthright political status under our state demonyms; we recorded and published our Expatriation from any presumption of Federal citizenship -- Territorial or Municipal.  

Creaking and groaning, like so many Rip Van Winkles, we located the engines of our American Government and learned the fate of our States of America Confederation and our Federal Republic, too. 

We called our People and our States to Assemble, and as we came together, both the States of the Union and the Union States were repopulated.  Not "abandoned".  Not in "interregnum".  Not "missing, presumed lost".  

As part of clearing the detritus and housekeeping left over since the so-called Civil War, our American Confederation, The United States of America (Unincorporated), annexed the Territorial "States" created prior to the Civil War, and our properly provenanced and declared State Assemblies acting as our Federation of States conducted a Roll Call Vote to accept and enroll the numerous "Territorial States" formed during and after the Civil War as States of the Union.  This process was completed as of October 1st 2020. 

The actual Public Interest of the American People supersedes all Territorial claims including Territorial constructive claims based on undisclosed and deceitful registrations of American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. 

As the Northwest Ordinance is one of Four Organic Laws underpinning our Government from the beginning of our country's modern development, it must obeyed in spirit and to the letter of the law; upon completion of the process as directed by the Northwest Ordinance and expression of our Public Trust Interest, the Territorial "States" are extinguished. 

The new States of the Union are guaranteed the Equal Footing Doctrine and the control and enjoyment of their own land and soil. 

In other words, Territorial Administrative States and any derivative Municipal Administrative States, are naturally extinguished and dissolved upon enrollment as States of the Union and invocation of our American Common Law Trust.  

All fifty (50) States of the Union are fully-fledged, fully enrolled, and accounted for, populated, possessed of adequate infrastructure, and enrolled as "free, sovereign, and independent states" as of October 1st 2020. 

Any supposition otherwise cannot be supported by the pretension of any "emergency" powers or extra-Constitutional powers which were never granted to any Federal Subcontractor; the Federal Subcontractors together with their franchises and agencies, must return to their normal duties and limitations and jurisdictions, without further obstruction, excuse, or delay.  

All Territorial administrative States stand dissolved effective October 1st 2020 as pre-ordained by the Northwest Ordinance; any derivative Municipal administrative STATES are similarly dissolved as a further consequence. 

In addition to this circumstance, these Federal Subcontractors and their Principals have run up exorbitant unauthorized debt, have failed to keep lawful bookkeeping standards, and despite having adopted an estimated 80 million statutory codes and regulations, have not formed a responsible or reputable administration. These Federal citizenship organizations, their corporations, and their foreign Principals, owe the American States and People an estimated $275 Trillion 1934 United States Dollars.  

This debt is reflected in uniform commercial code liens held and duly processed by our Fiduciary for The United States of America and each of the Several States and for the ultimate beneficiaries --- the living people of this country who have hands and feet, in whom the flesh lives and the blood flows.  

The attached Extinguishment Order formalizes what is already required by the Northwest Ordinance and the process it pre-ordains.
