Donald Trump has admitted to the World Court that it is his intention to bypass the claims of The United States and "return" the States to Great Britain.
The only "States" that Donald Trump possesses are British Territorial States -- the same so-called Territorial Administrative States that were established under "Non-Conforming Constitutions" beginning in 1846 as described in our earlier Extinguishment Order.
These are not the States of the Union that everyone supposes. These are foreign (British Territorial) legal fiction "State" entities.
These administrative "States" only exist ephemerally, while the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors are temporarily in possession of land assets prior to their enrollment as States of the Union.
All such temporary "States" set up in accordance with the Northwest Ordinance have been annexed and/or enrolled as States of the Union ---meaning the original Union--- as of October 1st 2020, and any land trusts or other physical assets administered by these entities are owed to the actual lawful State Governments and their administration.
The World Court, correctly, told Mr. Trump that he has no standing to address land issues. They know and everyone else needs to know that the realms of fact overstand the realms of fiction, and never the twain can meet.
Alaska has been enrolled as a State of the Union -- the original organic State and the original organic Union. This completes the process mandated by the Northwest Ordinance and extinguishes the Territorial "State" as well as any subcontracted Municipal "STATE" government.
As contractors and service vendors operating under The Constitution of the United States of America, the administrators of the Territorial "States" that have been operating under "Non-Conforming Constitutions" must stand down and assume the limitations and duties assigned to them under the actual Organic Law --- no more, no less.
It is apparent that over time and for lack of correction, many misapprehensions and acts of fraud have been perpetuated on the actual living people. Mr. Trump's suggestion that "the States" be returned to Great Britain is the ultimate betrayal and insult offered to the actual owners of the land and soil assets of this country.
Mr. Governor Dunleavy and Mr. President Donald J. Trump, acting as President of the United States of America, Incorporated, have both received proper Notice and advisement that their administrative "State" was dissolved at the time they received Notice of the enrollment of Alaska as a State of the Union.
We have issued and forwarded a formal Extinguishment Order, though such a step should not be necessary given the fore-ordained nature of the process set forth in the Northwest Ordinance.
This is the natural and pre-ordained and contractual result of the process engaged under the Northwest Ordinance. It should not come as a surprise that the Territorial "States" have been extinguished as a result of completing this process.
The Lawful American Government provided by the States of the Union --- meaning the only actual and original Union --- is present and accounted for. The lawful State Assemblies are in operation and have been for a number of years.
Continued acts of "soft" usurpation and enforcement of False Claims in Commerce offered against the Public Interest of the American People by Federal Subcontractors and/or their own Municipal Subcontractors will result in criminal charges and international enforcement.
For anyone lacking understanding: the Municipal Government contractors/vendors were hired by the Territorial Government subcontractors and any charges addressed by Municipal citizens of the United States to presumed-to-exist Territorial U.S. Citizens operating under the Given Names of Americans, are to be discharged by the Territorial Government.
The Territorial Subcontractors set things up in this fashion to promote a double-dipping scheme benefiting themselves at the expense of hapless Americans who were deliberately kept in the dark about these cozy accommodations being made "for" them by their Federal Service Vendors and State-of-State franchises operated by these same vendors.
The very-similarly-named Americans and their estates are exempt from levy under international law and contractual obligation.
This is why the United States of America and its DEPARTMENT OF STATE are required to issue Guaranty Bonds, such as 15036455-3 issued to "Anna Maria Riezinger" --they are operating their public Territorial Persons and Municipal PERSONS under various renditions of the Given Names of Americans. The Guaranty Bonds are what ultimately legalize these duplicitous operations.
This Notice of Intervention is being issued to underline these facts for everyone's complete understanding. The United States of America, Incorporated, is still under contract to provide the services outlined by The Constitution of the United States of America, and its subcontracted Municipal vendors are still obligated to provide services in accordance with The Constitution of the United States.
The officers of the State of Alaska, Inc., the Alaska State, Inc., ALASKA, INC. et alia and all and any Territorial and/or Municipal persons attached to these Legal Fictions are advised that they have no jurisdiction related to actual land or soil assets in this country and their presumption of authority vested in Territorial Administrative "States" operated under Non-Conforming Constitutions has been overturned by the completion of the annexation and/or enrollment of the remaining States of the Union.
Americans are owed and have duly claimed their United States Land Patents and re-issued their Sovereign Letters Patent on the public record as of November 4th 2015. They are also owed and have duly claimed their exemption from levy and their reversionary trust interest. Any legal presumptions or assumptions otherwise are not supported by the Court of Record nor any superior court of the actual State.
