Understandings about the Federal Constitution(s):
The three (3) Federal Constitutions are all Service Contracts. They all function exclusively in international jurisdiction. They are all implementations of peace treaties that ended The War of Independence.
None of the Constitutions create or grant anyone any rights. The rights owed to the American people are Natural and Inalienable--- they can't even be given away.
What the Constitutions do establish are limits on Federal power and guarantees to respect those limits.
These guarantees are owed only and always to the American People and those American people they represent in International Jurisdiction.
Take note: Constitutional guarantees are not guaranteed to foreign persons, not British Subjects, not Roman Municipal citizens of the United States, not Mexicans, not Canadians, not anyone at all but Americans.
This is the status of the three (3) Federal Constitutions as of December 1st 2025:
The Constitution for the united States of America, Land Jurisdiction contract, granted to the States of America, defaulted in March of 1861; reverted to The American Federation of States doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) since 1776.
The Constitution of the United States of America, Sea Jurisdiction contract, granted to the British Territorial United States of America, Inc., President, Donald J. Trump; still in effect. Must remain in effect until defaulted or the underlying peace treaties are renegotiated in view of current circumstances.
The Constitution of the United States, Air Jurisdiction contract, granted to the Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor doing business as the United States, Inc., defaulted November 17th 2025; reverted to The American Federation of States doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) since 1776.
The American Federation of States delegated all delegated enumerated Powers to all three (3) Federal Services Providers and is now gathering the reverted contracts and assets under its authority as Delegator.
The role of the Delegator is to receive, reorganize, and reassign, to undertake the duties of the vacated Service Providers where needed or desired, to negotiate or renegotiate treaties as necessary, to seal and bind new service contracts as necessary, to deploy assets, to bring restitution, to recoup property, to heal breach of trust and declare the peace.
The role of the Fiduciary is both Public and Private, as the Trust Holder acting under the Agency of the Head of State, to rescue and preserve the public and private assets of the American people.
Everyone is equally empowered to reclaim the birthright that has been preserved for them. Everyone is equally responsible to do so.
