Mr. Trump has offered numerous initiatives, some of them approved by the American Government and within the limitations of the United States of America Constitution, others apparently undertaken in a non-contractual and non-consensual private corporation action context which includes a majority of Executive Orders which are designed to direct the internal operations of the United States of America, Incorporated, and corporation personnel, and have no public authority or effect.
Please see recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings elucidating the limitation of Executive Orders and private corporation initiatives apart from duties established under The Constitution of the United States of America.
The United States of America, Incorporated, and any British Territorial Successors, such as the United States of America, LLC, etc., are foreign commercial corporations and government services vendors having no special or different character than other such incorporated entities.
As a result, Mr. Trump, acting as the President of the United States of America, Inc., or any Successor organization, has legal standing but no lawful standing, as correctly and recently determined by the International Court of Justice.
Mr. Trump is currently promoting the idea of a "New" Federal Republic.
This idea can only be approached from the reference standpoint of an "Old" Federal Republic.
The only Federal Republic that has ever existed, was the American Federal Republic which operated from 1787 to 1861 under The Constitution for the united States of America.
This "Old" Federal Republic was assigned Delegated Powers in the International Land Jurisdiction and was operated as an unincorporated Lawful Person. It was 100% American, staffed by Americans who accepted the special political status of United States Citizens as defined by the First Immigration and Naturalization Act.
No British Territorial "New Republic" has lawful standing to operate in the place of our "Old" American Republic and cannot legitimately inherit any duties related to our land jurisdiction by any claim of successorship or salvage.
The "Old" American Federal Republic is ours and we have claimed it. It was never available for any salvage and never abandoned. It is not available for Mr. Trump to latch onto and inhabit. The Delegator of the Delegated Powers, the Federation of States of the Union, has made the decision to operate the formerly delegated powers of the "Old" American Federal Republic and has the required lawful unincorporated standing to do so in tandem with the Lakota Republic.
Mr. Trump and his organization have received two million tons of gold from the Vatican in settlement of American Birth Certificate Bonds. This was a mistake on the part of Vatican officials who assumed that the British Territorial Subcontractor was the appropriate recipient responsible for managing this trust property.
Mr. Trump readily accepted the gold "for" us, but the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors have no authority and no jurisdiction to act in any such capacity, because gold is a land asset and requires a lawful government to administer it. The British Territorials are trying to create such authority and jurisdictional capacity by fronting a "New" Republic, but a legal entity cannot morph itself into a lawful entity and cannot act in any sovereign capacity.
We are not commenting on the intentions of the Trump Administration nor the quasi-military forces under Donald Trump's command; we are merely observing that our gold has fallen into the wrong hands and that the British Territorial Government has no land jurisdiction duties, no delegated powers related to land assets, and that we and our Native Nation allies do have lawful standing and are owed the return of the land jurisdiction assets that naturally belong to our land jurisdiction peoples and nations.
Our recorded Sovereign Letters Patent and tradition of Dual Nationality speak to this circumstance in profound ways. The British Territorial Government is not our sponsor; we are theirs.
Whatever claims of sovereignty they might try to raise are immediately counterbalanced by the pre-existing rights of the living people of this country above any assumption of foreign persons.
Mr. Trump needs to turn over administration of the Vatican gold to the rightful public caretakers and private owners and cease and desist the effort to substitute a British Crown Corporation for an American Republic-- an effort that can only result in more fraud and a flawed foundation going forward.
We ask for the immediate assistance of the international community to prevent any more British Territorial Substitution Crimes; we have been forewarned that the Trump Administration intends to announce its British Territorial version of "a" Federal Republic on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th 2025. If so, this intention is just more fraud and semantic deceit and impersonation on the part of our Territorial Subcontractors.
