Our banks are for people. Their banks are for corporations.
It's that simple.
If you want to live your life as an American and claim your Constitutional Guarantees and enjoy your natural freedoms, you have to make a decision and declare and record it.
Nearly everyone else in the world is born as a Citizen Serf, having obligations to serve their respective governments from birth onward.
Americans are rather unique in that they are born as Nationals, not Citizens, and owe no service to the government. The government owes them service, instead.
When an American uses a bank made for people, and uses an asset-backed currency, something magical happens: true international trade. Actual payment. Actual ownership.
When an American uses a bank made for people, and exercises credit-based currency within the borders of their State, something else almost-unheard of happens: true non-Maritime commerce. Actual transfers. Actual purchases.
Honest banking is restored.
Why?
Because these forms of banking come under the Public Law, not the Private Law of Corporations --- which is what you've got now.
It's the same thing with Corporations. You can have a corporation operating under the Public Law and retain your private interest in it, or, you can have a corporation operating under Private Law and give it away to the public interest in exchange for bankruptcy protection.
Although their erstwhile owners may not know this, most of the corporations you see today are actually operating under Private Law and have been unwittingly given away to the parent corporations sponsoring them as franchises.
That is, when the Clueless and deliberately Uninformed signed up to incorporate their family businesses or churches, they signed away their ownership interest in the business or church and became a franchise of a foreign parent corporation instead of what they intended to do.
They intended to own and operate a Corporation of some kind, but they "incorporated" their business instead.
This is basically the difference between being "Corporate" and being "Incorporated".
So, what to do? You've made a dreadful mistake. You've unwittingly given away your ownership of a business you invested in and maybe your family invested in, for generations.
Ever read Ayn Rand's book, Atlas Shrugged? Ever wondered why the old man who owned Wyatt Oil burned up his own operation? And later, the young mine owner did the same? Were they doing this out of spite?
Yes, they had been tricked into incorporating their businesses and then, the new owners showed up --- representatives of "the government" (not really) who started telling them what to do and how to operate businesses they inherited or built from the ground up.
At a certain point, they just said -- chuck it.
There's a moral to the story, though you might not have gotten the point until now.
Record a new Unincorporated Business and get a Vendor Account in the Global Family Bank. Say good-bye to SWIFT and "private" banking law. From now on, everything becomes very simple. Very honest. Say good-bye to 80 million statutes and codes. Toodle-loo to income tax reporting, FICA, property taxes, the whole alphabet soup.
Join us. Together, we can address the fraud and break the chains.
If you have to do business with the Federales or have employees who are Federales, of course, you will have to learn how to deal with them and observe their rules, but you can get an EIN "for banking purposes only" and go from there.
If you are just an Average Joe, you can hang a Disclaimer on your office wall and simply say, "Federal officials and employees served at their own risk."
If you were licensed as a Medical Doctor or Registered Nurse or Bar Attorney, you can tear up your license or guild card, send it back to the Issuer, and call yourself a Private Physician, a Professional Nurse, or a Counselor of Law, instead of using their copyrighted and licensed "professional designations" -- Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, and Attorney at Law.
Hang up your Disclaimer, and ta-da, you are all free men and women again. No longer subject to "voluntary" conscription and licensing.
If you aren't directly working for a Federal Employer serving Federal Employees, they are greedily and improperly licensing Occupations of Common Right (Murdoch v Pennsylvania) and forcing Americans to subject themselves to European-style Professional Guilds, like the American Medical Association and the American Bar Association.
These unions are used to command and control those who "volunteer" to sign up as "licensed professionals" and serve as "Uniformed Officers" in a "Civilian Military Service" that you probably have no idea exists.
It's so easy to fall in love with freedom and joy and health and so many things you have heard about your entire life, yet never experienced. Why wait another day?
Declare, record, publish.
Record your new unincorporated business name and address.
