DeleteHell ain't no place for children. I am expecting the FEDERATION to continue operating out of Philadelphia. I have never been to the capital we just rode nearby years ago, me and this fat chic. Philadelphia is not incorporated because it's real. DC is incorporated because it's fiction. None the less, as a way of getting DC OFF of Philadelphia, then, I expect the Republic to want Philadelphia. After all, Philadelphia is real, not a 'paper state'. It's going to be a hurricane it's going to be hellfire and brimstone a whole lot of shaking going on.
