No "National Assembly"

 By Anna Von Reitz

To the extent that Americans have ever had a
"National Assembly", it is called a "Continental Congress".   This body composed of Fiduciary Deputies elected by each of the States holds General Jurisdiction and represents the entire country and all the people in it.  This Congress meets in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which remains our capitol.

Lesser Federal, Territorial and Municipal Congresses operate in the foreign international and global jurisdictions. These bodies exercise strictly limited and delegated powers and are composed of "representatives" elected by the federal citizenry. These bodies meet in the Federal Capitol, Washington, DC.

It's as simple as that, folks.

There is and has never been anything called a "National Assembly".  There is no provenance for such an organization in our history and no definition available for it and no authority attached to it.

So, you can get together and mill around and shout slogans, and call yourselves a "National Assembly", but you can also then be accused of causing a disturbance of the peace and be arrested as insurrectionists and thrown in jail.

We are peacefully organizing our State Assemblies and in due time we will elect our Delegations of Fiduciary Deputies to attend our Continental Congress.

If you are interested in doing things the right way and saving yourself a lot of wasted time and energy as well as the threat of arrest, go to The American States Assembly website and get started.

There is no time like the present to save your country.
