The American Public is not subject to or bound by any arrangement which has been signed by Joseph R. Biden, or any member or officer of his corporate administration, agreeing to amend our borders or accept World Health Organization Protocols.
There is no authority granted to Mr. Biden in his capacity as "President" of the "White House Office, Inc." to do or say anything on our behalf or to make any contractual agreements for this country.
If Municipal citizens of the United States agree to accept World Health Organization authority over their private and public health care decisions, that applies only to direct employees of the Municipal Government corporation within the confines of the Washington, DC Municipality.
It does not apply generally to the Public nor to Territorial Employees nor anywhere within the borders of our States.
We are issuing this Notice to prevent any possible misunderstanding related to the nature and extent of Mr. Biden's authority, and specifically calling your attention to the strict limitation of that authority with respect to Americans.
He can tell his employees to paint themselves purple or commit suicide and it will be up to them what they endure for a paycheck.
The rest of us are under no such compulsion to obey or comply with any demand made by the Biden Administration or any foreign corporation, such as the World Health Organization.

The only true omnipotent powerful authority over all mortals on Earth or space is the Divine Authority (Divine Authority that can exterminate all of humanity in a blink of an eye 👁️), that is the only order that all mortals must obey including the incorporated and non-incorporated "President", absolutely and unequivocally no Divine exceptions. If any mortal on Earth fails to obey the Divine Authority will be judged Divine eternal solitary confinement after their natural or unnatural death.

But one thing is for sure, The Divine Authority, The Almighty God, didn't make promises he wouldn't keep, bcuz he can't lie, he wouldn't send his only begotten son to die for all of us and turn around and hand over this earth and people over to Satan and risk his own eternity, which is our eternity with him.. I definitely second that motion that all children of our Heavenly Father SHOULD become immortal like our "Heavenly Father". But unfortunately all mortals on Earth may also forfeit Divine-Immortality© by the deeds of personal thoughts, words and actions which in itself becomes immortal (thoughts, words and actions on Earth reverberate through out the universe [think nuclear testing, Hiroshima and Nagasaki). So, to become immortal like our Heavenly Father, the mortals on Earth must absolutely achieve spiritual mortality (your personal thoughts, words and actions) first to achieve physical immortality!!! Humanity in the past have been exterminated wholesale by its Heavenly Father for trespass against original creation and original humanity after given ample amount of time and warning to cease-and-desist all anti-creation behavior. Unfortunately the current humanity is falling into the same path of those who were exterminated the first time around in the past. We would not need this forum or any kind of forum for liberty if humanity understood the consequences of their thoughts, words and actions which has everlasting eternal effect.
