Carol their are several processes. The site Paul mentions above teaches you how to correct your status, expatriate your name, etc. This is the process that should be done first imo. If your thinking of a secured party, i would not recommend that route.
I already did the b.c. I've done a LOT however since those files everyone keeps directing me too, are NOT in PDF format I can't access them. Haven't a clue what youre talking about on secured party, and I can't get anyone here to explain anything to me directly. thanks tc I'm done!
The documents are in Word to make them editable. You can access them by clicking the links to make them download to your downloads folder then open them with Microsoft Word or download and install the free Open Office Suite and use that.
Does one have to file a UCC-1 or Non UCC-1 to claim their Cestui Qui Vie Trust? thanks
