This BLM fire reportedly killed more than 80 head of cattle. Put ranchers trying to save their cattle in extreme danger, injured other cattle, burnt homes and structures, burnt fences and power poles and threatened the town of Frenchglen.

BLM burning of ranch land is a form of Strategic Litigation Against Public Protestors (SLAPP) used by Administrative Agencies to impose their unlawful rules and regulations. SLAPP is litigation used in the Courts to punish protestors with interminable litigation and the threat of legal fees and fines. In many ways, destruction of property is a prelude to SLAPP. If Agency can obtain their goals or control through intimidation of one rancher, then they can use it as precedent to enforce rule or regulation with other ranchers. So much for “due process”. “Justice, my ass”.
