What are you going to do to protect yourself? 
May I suggest you take any money you have in any bank and put it into the things you know you will need to survive after this collapse?  Make a list of the things you normally buy, and stock up on those especially food, guns, ammo, dry goods, communications radios, a generator, fuel, a way to purify water, solar power and some medical supplies and medicine.  After that, if you have more, buy some silver, and stash it.
