There is nothing worse on this planet than rogue and out of control Cops.
This is clear evidence of police state tactics and wrong headed training.

If this doesn't make you very angry there is something wrong with your soul.

What would be the difference between what these two "cops" did and any common criminal trying to rob and kidnap their victims?  They refused to identify themselves as having any authority and proceeded to brutalize their victims in the most horrible ways.

You had better have a long talk with your local County Sheriff, and if that doesn't work throw the bum out and replace him with a good Constitutional Sheriff, or you might be the next victim.
