Here is the truth about Tartaria -- and why they destroyed it.

Tartaria proved that scarcity is artificially engineered, that there's no reason for the electrical power grid we use today, no reason for central control of anything-- and that's the reason why they destroyed us.  

They were greedy and wanted coercive power, like two year-olds fighting over toy trucks in a sandbox. 

We are the ones they erased.  The Vatican knows the truth.  They know the Reitzensteins and Belle Chers and Amoricans were "Western" Tartarians. 

The Vatican knows, and when pushed, they admit it,  but they are also embarrassed, because they issued the supporting doctrines.

Tartaria proved that the Doctrine of Scarcity was nonsense.  Just like the Doctrine of Discovery was nonsense.  We had the courage to say so and choose other ways of living. 

And that's why we were destroyed, buried, hidden, denied, genocided, and even our names were erased.  Von Reitzenstein had to hide as Riezinger, Belle Cher had to hide as Belcher, Amorica had to hide as America. 

Our entire history, our very existence was expunged.  Our children were taken from us just as native children were taken from their tribes, sent out to orphanages, to "schools", and to being farmed out as cheap labor on farms in remote places on the frontiers --- at that time, the Americas and Canada.  

All those many accounts of children being "found" and speaking some "strange language" --- ? 

That was us. 

The genocide of Holodomor? That was us. 

So, I am the Clan Mother of the Belle Chers, meaning "the Beautiful and Cherished" or "Dear Ones", and our Haplo Group X runs all the way across the planet from far western Russia to the Mississippi River, as far South as Northern Spain and down the eastern side of South America to Argentina.  

We have "blood treaties" that far predate written treaties, which were formed by marriage with the other native peoples found in this whole huge geographical area on both sides of the Atlantic. 

We didn't fight with people or steal from them.  We married them. Formed families. Shared love.  Shared life.  Shared seeds.  Shared ideas.  

Those who made money from war couldn't stand that.  

Racial snobs couldn't stand that, either. 

Our peaceful way of life showed them up for what they were, so they had to destroy us.  

We are still here.  We still know who we are.  Our names have not been lost forever.  

I wear the name that my Great-Great Grandfather made up as a trademark.  He was forced to do this, so he took a common Westphalian German name, Riesinger, and transliterated it to make "Riezinger"--- leaving the "z" and the odd pronunciation as a clue to our real name and heritage. 

You still see our emblems, the double-headed eagles everywhere, the griffins, the dragons, the unicorns, the dolphins, the ravens, the shells, the white owls, the characteristic leaf-tipped shields.  

 

We have never been defeated in war.  We simply declined to fight over material things, because we valued life too much.  We maintained our ultimate loyalty to truth.  When we left, imposters took our places.

We were murdered by the millions, shoved into "insane asylums" and "hospitals" that still dot the landscape, but the actual crazy people are the ones who valued money more than life, the ones who thought that their lies would always prevail. 

They said, "God is dead!" and they jeered at us, but we knew the Truth, that God lives in us.  

They said, "We believe only in science!" but we knew who created everything that science discovers after the fact. 

They said, "You people are too old-fashioned to beat us!" We knew we had already won. 

Proverbs 13:22 applies:  "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous".

Now comes the Age of Aquarius and the Brotherhood of Mankind.

Despite everything moderating against us, we have shifted onto a new and far higher timeline. 

You will be noticing physical and experiential changes, especially Mandela Effects and strange dreams, symptoms of feeling "unstuck in time", sleep disturbances, vague anxiety, subtle changes in your perceptions, "ghosts" especially at night, changes in how you eat and what you eat, the weather in your area may change either subtly or abruptly, water courses may suddenly dry up at the same time that other water courses that have been dry for centuries open up, and springs will rise in the deserts to make them bloom again. 

I, acting as a known Clan Mother, claim Tartaria and our blood, our ancient bloodlines, our blood treaties, our ancient languages, our cultures, and our kinds, our traditions, our customs, our religious beliefs, our art, our cuisine, our unique Haplogroups, our DNA and all else that is ours by Nature and birthright.  This is done on behalf of each individual and each Tartarian nation, for their sakes and their benefit, that they may inherit what is theirs and be secure and happy and live in abundance and peace from these days forward.

The Process by Which States Were Created

Here's how it used to be between 1787 to 1861 -- the native people agreed to forming a state with the American Government and everything was good, but then, The Northwest Ordinance kicked in, and the British Territorial "United States" Government came in "the interim" while the roads got put in and enough people (60,000) moved into the new "territory" to actually form a State of the Union.

The British were brutal in Michigan just as they were during the British Raj in India. They came in and were looking for gold.  They are the ones that massacred the native people and set up the reservations and the culture-killing residential schools and all the rest of it.  Custer wasn't working under the direction of the American Government.  He was working for a British Territorial mercenary company calling itself "the United States of America" ----Incorporated.  

The British Service Vendors are the ones who made treaties about the Black Hills and then broke them and let the miners come in. 

We, the American Government, couldn't take over until all the conditions for statehood were completed.  By then, the damage had been done.  The Brits are also the ones who did all the propaganda and told all the Big Lies.  

Just like they do now. 

The point everyone needs to take is that these parties lie to both sides of every conflagration, demonizing one to the other, scaring everyone with their tall tales, and always trying to weasel their way in as middlemen, always using others as storefronts to do their dirty work. 

Listen to this short video clip and you will see what went on.  The native people made treaties with our government, but then they and the settlers moving into these new "territories" were stuck dealing with the British Territorial Government instead.  

This institutionalized Bait and Switch methodology existed because of "the King's Tribute Share" --- a treaty that allocated 10% of all gold mined in America to the King of England, a quid pro quo established and implemented by the Northwest Ordinance which also allowed the Brits to discover any gold in a new state while it was still a territory.  

This is why miners always swarmed the borders the moment a new territory was announced.  There was nothing keeping them from going out into the hinterlands and prospecting before that, but the mining companies lacked the king's "stamp" and protection prior to the territories being formed. 

So, the miners moved into the Black Hills with the U.S. Army mercenaries providing them protection because the king wanted the mining claims and his guaranteed share, which was 100% of whatever they found during the territorial period.  

They didn't honor the treaties the American Government made because they were a different government, and they didn't honor the treaties they made with the natives themselves, because they were sea treaties, not land treaties --- a technicality that was never disclosed.   

This same process was repeated monotonously in all the new states added from 1860 onward, and these new states formed during and after the Civil War remained in the condition of so-called "territorial statehood" because the actual Congress of the States Assembled wasn't in Session to enroll them as States of the Union.  

As a practical matter, this meant that the Queen or King of Britain claimed to own and control all these later "territorial states" and placed all the land they could grab under their own "land title" system--- without telling the actual Americans, of course. 

Now all this skullduggery has come to light.  

As of October 1st 2020, all fifty states stood formally enrolled as States of the Union by unanimous roll call vote of the State Assemblies and all these British trusts and land claims in America have to be dissolved.

Some states won their sovereign status by victory in war, some finished the process set forth by The Northwest Ordinance, and some others, mostly in the western United States, waited over a hundred years in a strange limbo land condition, waiting to be enrolled as States of the Union -- by which we mean our union of "free, sovereign, and independent" nation-states, not the British Union.  

Listen, learn, and observe that the native people always had to be included and consulted and that they have always held dual nationality in this country, being both members of their respective tribes and members of their birth states. 

A Ho-Chunka Winnebago born in Wisconsin is both a Winnebago and a Wisconsinite. 

So even during those long years while the post-Civil War states languished in a condition of territorial statehood, and the States of the Union were not in Session to enroll them, the land was never relinquished in those areas and never owned by the British Monarch.
