The earliest efforts to organize the land and soil jurisdiction governmental bodies in Canada were made by the members of Terra Canada Assembly.
Fearing that the limited number of assembly members and the vast geographical scope of the need would lead to loss of land and property assets throughout Canada before a province-by-province effort could be established, the Terra Canada Assembly created its own form of Federation and reorganized to form two giant counties serving East Canada and West Canada in addition to their international State.
This new government structure was brand new, never done before, and was never set up according to "provinces" and doesn't therefore allow for provincial assemblies.
Meantime, months and in some cases, years, later, people living in each one of the current provinces woke up, declared, and decided to organize the equivalent of state assemblies in each one of the provinces.
Question: Which one of these processes and/or organizations are right?
Answer: They both are.
It simply remains for the people of Canada to join Terra Canada and declare the form of their state-level assembly and everyone go from there.
This is important to understand, and I will use our country as an example.
The United States of America is NOT a sovereign entity -- and it never has been a sovereign entity. The United States of America is an "instrumentality" of the nation-states, which are the "free, sovereign, and independent states". The United States of America represents these nation-states in international jurisdiction, where these states operate as the States of the Union.
Canada was organized using the same templates, only within the British Commonwealth system.
Provinces were used instead of States of the Union. "Canada" was used instead of "The United States of America".
Now, "Terra Canada" is standing in that international slot that was once occupied by "Canada" and this distinction had to be made in order to establish the land jurisdiction instrumentality that never existed under the British Commonwealth system.
Canada is finally leveling up to be able to fully function as a country in possession of its own land jurisdiction, which then also claims the sea and the air jurisdictions related to it.
So don't get confused or worry unduly. The right things are being done, step by step, by loyal Canadians. Those who are organizing Terra Canada are not wrong, and neither are those who are organizing the equivalent "state" assemblies in the old provinces.
We all have to bear with each other through these confusions and keep faith in the goals underlying everyone's actions. Terra Canada formed to protect the interests of all Canadians, including people living in those provinces that didn't have any equivalent state assembly. It should be understood and supported in those terms.
Terra Canada is the Canadian equivalent to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States of the Union. It's an instrumentality of the nation-states that, prior to this, have been deemed "provinces" in the British Commonwealth system.
Please keep in mind that Canada, like other former Commonwealth nations, has to add and subtract organizational components, has to find some new names and ways to operate --- and only Canadians can do this. So the name of the game is to cooperate, form your entire country into a Think Tank under Terra Canada and let Terra Canada function as your umbrella -- keeping the rain off while you continue to organize and discuss and problem-solve --- and keeping your nation-state assemblies going in each one of the (former) provinces, too.
There is no competition actual or implied between Terra Canada and the nation-state assemblies now operating in the old provinces. Just as Americans conceptually co-exist in both a State and a County, Canadians co-exist in the international structure provided by Terra Canada and the national structure provided by the nation-state assemblies of Alberta, Quebec, British Columbia.... et alia.
And the glorious thing about this, is that once people get their heads wrapped around it, they can join together and make whatever changes and choices seem best to them and their nation-states.
If anyone disagrees with what is being done, it's an open forum, and membership is public.
So, by all means, Canadians join Terra Canada and start the discussions. Join your nation-state assemblies in each of the provinces, too.
Live and learn and work together for the safety and benefit of everyone concerned, understanding that Terra Canada is serving a protective function and didn't take anything away from anyone --- quite the contrary. It added the dimension of land ownership and independent government to the mix, and did so for the true benefit of each of the nation-states that were relegated to the position of being provinces in the old British Commonwealth system.
Canadians, this is your opportunity to initiate your own independent government, peacefully, legally, and lawfully. This is your opportunity to own your own land directly and to float your own boats. And the only wrong answer you can give, is to renounce responsibility for yourselves and fail to work together.
