By Anna Von Reitz
You may not have realized it with so many potent distractions filling up any and every void in your newscape, but we have arrived at a ceasefire in the real war taking place in the air jurisdiction.
That is giving us all a chance to breathe, to "rest, restore, recoup, recover and receive" our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves.
We have a lot to be thankful for, and gratitude is one of the most healing emotions we can have. Just soberly evaluating all the things that we have in our lives to be grateful for, forces a reset of energy.
It's literally impossible to feel sorry for yourself and grateful at the same time. It's also hard to be anxious and grateful at the same time.
As we move closer to a joyous reunion at our National Capitol, Philadelphia, we can be grateful for our forefathers and the enduring legacy they left us.
In our personal lives, no matter how challenging, there are always many things and people who quietly sustain us and comfort us. They are just waiting for you to pause a moment and notice.
Maybe say, "Thank you!" Maybe take that extra few moments to commune with a pet. Pause a second and make the kiss on your toddler's forehead meaningful.
We don't always think of our real resources.
Our energy is at least half of our total endowment. We need to make wise choices about how we spend it.
This is the time to take stock of yourselves and ask -- honestly -- am I healthy? If not, what can I do to improve this situation?
This precious hard-won time, this little respite, is the moment to assess your heart-space. Is it cluttered with unresolved relationships? Old grudges? Fears? Love left unexpressed?
This is the "clutter" left over from living, like using your heart as a storage unit piled high with boxes, most of which aren't even labeled.
This is your time to dig in and decide what to keep and what to throw away.
Time, even, to review your religious beliefs and practices. Do you actually believe it? Do you actually practice it?
I am drawing your attention to your own selves and your own housekeeping, because this is the exact moment given to us to reflect and detect --- turn our Shinola Sensors on our own lives, and not just the world around us.
For all of you who are all hep-up and starving for news, there is no news yet, except the news that you are safe and granted some precious time to be at peace and work on your own issues.
The Vermin make it their very profitable business to keep us anxious, worried, stressed, always on alert, always giving our attention and energy away to them and their schemes and demands.
For this precious moment, that ends.
You are about to receive unimaginable gifts and insights, a whole mind-numbing inheritance. This brings its own form of stress into your life, so you have this little space to prepare for it.
This is your time to get yourself in order.
Make the most of it.
