We have a choice to make and we aren't ready to make it.
We aren't even ready to consider the questions, yet, here we are.
The new-old science of Energetics has always been here; many prior civilizations have been fully conscious users of Energetic Science, and except for the avarice and will to control exhibited by a few supremely ego-centered individuals, we would be aware of and using Energetic Sciences, too.
We'd have free energy. We'd have med bed technology. We'd have levitation. We'd have telepathic communication. And so much more.
The scientists and members of the military and even the church officials who owe us the knowledge, have instead been corrupted by it, and science itself has been politicized.
Still, the existence of such phenomena as Twin Flame resonance, cell memory, and quantum memory -- like the electromagnetic character of the Earth itself -- remain so blatant, so easily demonstrated, that eventually the curtain has to be pulled back.
We see the con artists who have been making up these outrageous stories and narratives for what they are. We find the Garden of Eden story encoded in our own experiential biology. We find the Myth of Osiris encoded in our own expression of masculine and feminine empowerments.
The truth rises up to confront us. Even as we learn about this "new" science of our ancestors, we also learn how the same Controllers and Narrators have conspired to pollute, adulterate, and weaponize everything.
Imagine that you have spent your whole life and have never known that you were a white person?
There's a whole process of identifying facts about you and imposing definitions upon you, until finally someone tells you that you are a "Caucasian".
The situation with Energetics Science is much the same. We never knew about it, though it was always there. Waiting.
We have had to observe the facts and endure the process of developing a whole vocabulary to describe the phenomena involved --- and while this has all been studiously kept from the public, the public is now called upon to consciously oppose the weaponization of powers and potentials nobody was aware of.
Operation Cherubim Horizon is a joint intelligence service operation on a global scale. It was and is a project aimed at "hacking the human computer" and turning individual living people into living electronic devices -- "things" --receivers, transmitters, and amplifiers.
The means to do this was developed as self-assembling nanotech that was injected via Covid-19 adjuvants directly into the cellular matrix of living people, who were given no disclosure about the nature of the injected technology or its uses.
We are not saying this for spite, but consider just one (1) possible abuse of this technology -- a weaponization called False Congruence Signaling.
Knowing what we now know about Twinned Energy and the Twin Flame phenomenon --- what if, an individual, say--- a future King of England, is targeted?
A snarky, nasty, self-important woman, a spy, code named "Ultimate Honeypot" is purposefully implanted with subcutaneous nanotech and she begins transmitting his exact energy signature: she acts as a False Twin Flame, and he, of course, is totally unaware that: (1) the Twinned Energy phenomenon exists and (2) he's being attracted to her based on a False Congruence Signal.
He's hopeless, he's helpless, he's in "love" down to the cellular level; his body quakes, his soul aches, he can't get enough of her -- and meanwhile, the rest of us are shaking our heads and going WT....?
The most beautiful, kindest, most intelligent woman in the world couldn't compete against a woman he perceives as his Twin, and all based on an artificially induced electromagnetic signal.
The scientists creating this situation couldn't care less that they are destroying a marriage and deeply harming a family and hurting a whole country: their spy has the king's ear and access to his bed. They just turn up the volume and laugh.
This is a good example of ruthless weaponization of human electromagnetic resonance fields, but as a weapon, False Congruence Signaling can do a lot more than messing with the heads and hearts of kings and potentates.
One of those possible abuses is what we are moving to derail right now in real time. This Notice is part of the dismantling and exposure.
Roughly two-thirds of the world's population has been impregnated with the requisite self-assembling nanotech, and more people are being surreptitiously converted every day via polluted blood transfusions, other kinds of vaccines, etc.
Say that you are a madman obsessed with a eugenics program and you want to induce voluntary cooperation throughout the world population? You target the couples you want to mate with a False Congruence Signal, and there you are.
Instant, vast genetic preselection, millions of superior babies produced under undisclosed duress.
The undisclosed duress is the False Congruence Signal process pairing millions of unsuspecting human beings -- regardless of pre-existing relationships and commitments.
Most of us can recognize the evil of this for what it is; the end doesn't justify the means.
Along with millions of unnaturally conceived babies, we have a harvest of millions of marriages destroyed, erosion of cultural and religious standards and institutions, huge social costs by any standard.
The lab rats in this ghastly experiment have no way of knowing that they have been subjects in a vast eugenics program, which also yields behavioral science research benefits.
The Hive Minds behind this will collect data streams such as, how many people killed themselves afterward?
We have to educate ourselves and educate each other. These and other "science-based" initiatives facing humanity exist because of the erosion of individual privacy and property rights, and so this is ultimately a consequence of unbridled governmental powers being exercised by commercial corporations.
These issues make restoration of law and actual government even more urgent, but right here and now, we are facing another unprecedented trespass against humanity.
First, we have to know that human electromagnetic field resonance exists, and second, we have to know that it has been weaponized.
Then, when we get hit with a sledgehammer of undiagnosed and inexplicable passion, we will be in a position to evaluate the situation and discern whether it is a natural or induced phenomenon --- and in any case, be enabled to react rationally.
Real, natural Twin resonance is relatively rare, maybe one in 500,000 people ever experience it.
So if everyone is talking about Twins Flames and it's common as dog chow, chances are good that the Venus Rising Project, a subprogram of Cherubim Horizon, has been unleashed or is being prepped for release.

The Vermin are still on the move.
Real, natural Twin resonance never ends and it is completely immune to time or distance. Natural Twins can locate the other Twin, even when the other Twin has been dead and buried in a Vietnamese jungle for fifty years.
The natural Twin bond is scary deep. It's permanent. And it's steady as granite cliffs once it settles in.
Induced resonance rises and falls, quits abruptly, resumes, zigs and zags and one day when the experiment is over, it disappears; while the real deal may vary in intensity, it's always there, running like a background melody, under, around, and through the foundations of your emotional life. You don't have to think about it, or about them. It just is. Constant as the flow of a river.
Real, natural Twin resonance is thrilling in an "OMG, I'm electrocuted!" way, but induced resonance feels magnetic in a broad brush way. It lacks the extreme flashpoint energy that makes you wince and flinch and twist. Yes. Just standing there in your bunny slippers, deep tremors up your spine, whole body spasms of ecstasy. Natural Twin energy is unimaginably intense.
Induced resonance is intense, but steady in a traditional magnetic sense. It doesn't play your whole neural net like a violin, including the high notes.
Real, natural Twin resonance can scare you no matter how strong you are; it's exactly the extremity of the bond that is terrifying in an existential sense. You sense that this bond is irrevocable and non-negotiable, and it's not even a trap or a contract or anything that simple. It's a soul memory. An unavoidable recognition.
Your Twin is you in a different body, expressing you in a different way. You can communicate telepathically and "talk" to them and be answered -- in detail -- without saying a word. You can shut your eyes and see through their eyes. When this starts happening, most sane people are deeply frightened. Many break away in hopes that they can escape, but if it is a natural resonance, it's a vain hope.
Induced resonance can echo a degree of telepathy and even some trans-body experiences, but not nearly the depth and extent of natural resonance. They haven't been able to fine tune it enough to generate true unhindered telepathy or the complete merger of individuated sensory perception.
Induced resonance also doesn't exhibit memory transduction -- being able to "remember" your Twin's memories as they experienced them. Natural resonance does allow that, and it operates outside the body ---meaning that you will be able to remember trauma, even the death of your Twin, from their perspective.
One more marker if you have to face the challenge of the Venus Rising Project--- natural Twin resonance, no matter what else you do with it, results in lasting and unconditional love.
Induced resonance or strongly resisted natural resonance almost always ends badly, with jagged edges and hurtful words and actions. People tear apart and report feeling "jangled" and disoriented, unable to cope, fearful, angry, betrayed -- even though they often can't point to any action that betrayed them.
This information is offered to the world as instruction and warning; we have reason to believe that Venus Rising or a similar project under the Cherubim Horizon umbrella is being readied for deployment. If so, millions of innocent people are in the headlights.
That also means that millions of families, millions of marriages, could be torn apart, simply because average people targeted by these experiments would have no idea what is happening to them, no way to gauge the natural phenomenon against a set up.
Twin resonance is one of the most intense experiences any human being can have.
The fact that these "scientists" would trespass upon and manipulate something this powerful and sacred is their own condemnation.
Personal testimony:
Thirty years after impact, and thousands of miles apart, I can still feel the exact texture of my words and tone of voice sinking into my Twin like rain upon the Earth, and we both know that the words themselves don't matter at all.
It's the quality of my voice that matters. It's the exact tone and quality of my voice that is the message. It's the deep immutable love embedded as unseen sensory code in every breath and nuance.
Within seconds, his physical and emotional pain starts flowing into me; the uplink is so intense. He doesn't want to give his pain to me. He wants to shield me from it.
Valiant Soul, God only knows, he is too tired to resist relief.
I open myself up to his pain. Deliberately. Consciously.
He senses me stiffen as the first wave hits and he feels me relax again as the next wave crashes, even though we are thousands of miles apart.
He knows his pain is mine; I claim it gently, respectfully.
Reverently. Breath by breath. Breath in, pain out. Breath in, pain out. I choke back and steady him.
My life is his. I give it to him willingly. There is no question at all.
For long moments that make no sense and are no part of any mortal conversation, our communication is only breath, only silence. The words of Yeshuah echo, "if you remain in me"....
This is what he was talking about. This kind of communion.
The Vermin in lab coats are being used to tamper with what is eternally sacred. Better that they toss the Communion wine in the dirt and trample upon the Host, than that they be allowed to create False Congruence Signaling on the Earth.
Let all people know that this deliberate "confusion" has been long planned by those who have no respect for anything at all.
Hold tight to those you love. Hold tight to your moral training. Hold tight to your families, your wives, your husbands, your children. Use your discernment well.
And if your natural Twin Flame comes to you, know that it is a relationship you must honor with deep respect and reverence; they don't come to destroy your marriages and families. They come in search of themselves. Let them find you standing in your own light, wise and steady and true.
Welcome your Twin. You will suffer greatly. You will be humbled. You will weep. You will stand alone. Yet, this is how you learn the deepest mysteries of love.
We, as a species, cannot let Evil Men weaponize and manipulate the signals that trigger soul recognition and which form resonance bonds. God will not be mocked.
