One day after my husband's death Municipal Pirates attacked Anna Maria Riezinger for debts ascribed to a Federal PERSON "ANNA RIEZINGER" and misrepresented their interest in certain copyrighted intellectual properties describing land as if these were in fact land.
The difference is the same as that difference between a cat and a photograph or painting of a cat.
American State Nationals who are part of the General Population, have access to the actual land as an inheritance and each State's National Trust is where their land assets belong --- not latched onto by any British Territorial Trust and not purloined by any Municipal TRUST, especially when those Americans have made it very, very clear that they do not voluntarily accept nor need nor seek any benefit of public servitude and have expressed their trust to their actual public servants and their agents in writing.
The initial acts of fraud promoted by the named corporations and individuals presenting their intellectual property for sale to the public as if they possessed and held land -- when they don't -- are both purposeful and fraudulent.
None of these entities, whether Territorial or Municipal Corporations are in possession of any land here and haven't been granted any.
In Alaska, the land was bought in our names and using our money by Territorial Agents who presented themselves as our Agents and Representatives -- without any contract or authorization to do so.
All actual land in this country is held in public trust or is in the possession of living grantees; it is not held in foreign trusts or private statutory trusts of any kind --- all contrary claims and misrepresentations of fact notwithstanding.
If you are an American retaining your birthright political status, your land holdings are preserved under the Common Law Trust of the Union States and are part of the holdings of our unincorporated Holding Company dba The United States of America.
If you are a British Territorial U.S. Citizen, your land is held in a British Territorial land trust as "real estate" belonging to the Queen or King and operated as/by a "Territorial State Trust", --- for example, Alaska State (Trust), Ohio State (Trust) under a "Land Title".
If you are a Municipal "citizen of the United States" your land was held in a Municipal Roman Inferior Trust dba as a "UNITED STATES" franchise, such as "ALASKA, INC." or "UTAH, INC." and "registered" as chattel benefiting the British Crown Corporation.
When the UNITED STATES parent corporation went bankrupt, all the franchises and their franchises were "subsumed" into the bankruptcy, and their franchises such as the "MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE" and "MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC." were also bankrupted; similarly named Territorial Trusts and their Agents latched upon these Federal PERSONS, and, in this case a Municipal US CITIZEN merely presumed to exist called "ANNA RIEZINGER" was alleged to owe "tax debts" to the "MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC."
So the questions are-- (1) who are you and what is your political status? and (2) where is your land "seated" --- in which trust? and (3) who is the ultimate Party of Interest?
In this case, the ultimate owner and only Possessor of the land is the American living person, Anna Maria Riezinger; neither the Territorial "State" nor the Municipal "STATE" nor their MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH" ever had any actual land to sell -- but they misrepresented this fact to the public and pretended that their copyrighted intellectual "properties" --- fanciful descriptions of public road easements and mapping systems --- as if these were actual land.
This fraud has been perpetuated all across our country for purposes of unjust enrichment and promoted by strong-armed racketeering under force --- disguised under color of law.
We are now in the process of prosecuting this crime and misadministration at the highest levels and are in the process of seizing and liquidating the parent corporations responsible for this fraud and conspiracy against the living people who are the actual owners and against the Federal Constitutions.
Make no mistake --- this is international crime on American soil, being promoted by foreign public employees and their commercial agents.
The crimes include but are not limited to: constructive fraud, personage, barratry, illegal latching, false claims in commerce, false claims of payment, conspiracy to defraud, crime by proxy, conspiracy against the Federal Constitutions, unlawful conversion of assets and non-consensual unlawful conversion of political status, strong-arm racketeering and inland piracy.
The following Municipal Corporations and their bankruptcy receivers and Agents are under direct prosecution and international arrest orders have been issued for their arrest, apprehension, and removal:
ROSWELL PROPERTIES, LLC, PACIFIC RIM, LLC, Meredith Ahearn, Esq., Michelle Boutin, Esq., ALASKA, INC., MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC., TRUSTEES FOR ALASKA, INC., JUDICIARY COURTS FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA - DISTRICT COURT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA, et alia.
It is our intention that all such phony private "administrative tribunals" presently acting under color of law and engaged in strong armed racketeering and false commercial claims made under color of law, will be shut down country-wide and punished as law and custom and their own service contracts require.
Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. NOTICE TO AGENTS IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS; NOTICE TO AGENTS IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPALS.
