International Public Notice: Martial Law

This country has been under Martial Law since the spring of 1863. 

The British Territorial Government responsible for the "territories" has remained "at war" --- without spelling out the nicety that the so-called American Civil War was not a war, but an illegal commercial mercenary conflict, instead.  

So it's not really Martial Law, though the Pikers pretend that it is. 

It's illegal occupation by a Mercenary Force that we pay for, but which the British command.  

Read that -- for over 150 years, everything that everyone has blamed on "the Americans" needs to be reassigned to the British Crown. 

And the government occupying Washington, DC?  

A "representation" foisted off on everyone by two foreign Federal Subcontractors --- one, a commercial corporation, the other a municipal corporation --- that are in the business of providing "essential government services".  

There are supposed to be three (3) such Federal Subcontractors.  

The missing Federal Subcontractor is supposed to be American.  It was known as the Federal Republic.  It did business as the United States Corporation.  It was a peaceable organization, opposed to war and intrigues, concerned about fostering free trade and amiable trading partnerships, maintaining "sound money", and curtailing any international debt. 

The aforementioned Federal Republic was forced out of business in 1861, when our Confederation of States (which held the actual service contract the Federal Republic implemented) was gridlocked and deprived of a quorum to conduct business. 

A British Territorial "Rump" Congress composed of duly elected members and cronies appointed by Abraham Lincoln, a British Territorial Bar Attorney, presumed to take over the functions of the American Federal Republic from 1861 to 1871, at which time the Tory Schemers claimed -- falsely -- that the assets of the United States Corporation had been abandoned, and declared themselves the new owners and successors.  

This took place without any notice outside the District of Columbia, even though they knew that the actual owners and Parties of Interest lived outside the District in the actual States of the Union.   From then on, cloaked in secrecy, the British Territorial Government directly usurped both the powers and the assets of our Federal Republic.  

They started issuing what appeared to be our money and credit.  They directed our trade policies.  They exercised control over our military forces, and unlawfully converted them to function as mercenary forces instead.  Their corporate "Public Policies" were substituted for Public Laws. Their constitutional obligations owed to the American People were evaded, and their erstwhile Employers, the American People, were deliberately misidentified as "stateless persons" and "United States Citizens" and "Wards of the State" and "citizens of the United States".  

An entire complex constructive fraud scheme was developed to impersonate the victims and then practice barratry against them in foreign jurisdictions of the law and the American victims of these "governmental services providers" had no way of knowing what was going on.  The contracts seeming to obligate them were all unconscionable. 

We are reiterating all this so that everyone can clearly see the self-interested skullduggery that has gone on here, and the abuse that this country and our people have suffered at the hands of these foreign subcontractors commandeering and impersonating our own American subcontractors --- and all without any public knowledge. 

As for claims of "Martial Law", there really isn't any, and never has been.  Instead, they have been functioning under a privately established "Executive Order" issued by Abraham Lincoln as "General Order 100" --- otherwise known as the Lieber Code, which have since morphed into the Hague Conventions. 

To the extent that the Lieber Code represents a form of private "martial law" within and for the operations of an incorporated entity, you can say that this country has been subjected to a form of Martial Law since 1863, but the only form of actual Martial Law available is the Law of the Admiralty, which applies to Americans upon the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways. 

If you have been watching the riots in California and watching Trump bypass Newsom, it's because Newsom is a Subordinate Officer.  Trump is running the Parent Corporation.  Newsom is running a Franchise. So Trump can call up the franchise corporation's "National Guard, Inc." and he can also call up  the Parent Corporation's "Army, Inc." and "Marine Corps, Inc." franchise personnel.  

This is the way all this is being done, and unfortunately, the way it has been done for over a hundred and sixty years.  

The British Crown is responsible for its actions in Breach of Trust and Violation of its Service Contracts, and the Roman Municipal Government is responsible for the same Bad Faith with respect to the operations of its Municipal Corporations. 

All these corporations have been operating unlawfully and illegally for decades, in disrespect of their Employers and the actual American Government which hired them in good faith to provide a few of the Enumerated Services that the Federal Constitutions delegated to them as Enumerated Powers.

This is a story of Business Gone Bad and Bad Faith  on the part of European Governments and European Corporations both Commercial and Municipal.   This is about more than 150 years of self-interested and secretive deceit impersonating our American Government while illegally confiscating private property, levying arbitrary private "taxes", and making fraudulent claims against the American People who trusted them and hired them as Service Providers. 

So now we have a grudge match between these two unfaithful, misdirected, and criminally-inclined "service organizations".  We have Trump's British Crown Corporation(s) struggling against the old Roman Municipal Corporation franchise remnants which are in receivership.  They are still trying to gin up a cozy little Civil War to save themselves and make some more profit at our expense. 

The British Territorials are blaming George Soros for funding all the guns and Molotov cocktail makings and night vision goggles, etc., that the rioters in California are sporting, but George Soros is dead, his money has been confiscated, and even the money he got from USAID has been clawed back.  There's no need to further defame him, and no need to suppose that Soros is funding the arming of rioters in LA.   

The disenfranchised Drug Cartels are more than competent to do all this bought and paid for rioting  all by themselves, but it is more inconvenient for the British Territorial "Government" to admit that their corporations have been funding these same drug cartels and profiting from them for at least six generations.  Who was party to the Opium Wars in China?  The Brits.  Who has been behind every misuse of drugs to control and topple governments ever since?  The Brits.  

And it's the same British Territorials who are failing to explain the bankruptcy of the Municipal UNITED STATES, INC. to the American Public, and failing to explain the fiscal audits now being undertaken to settle this bankruptcy, and who are also putting out this preposterous narrative that they are going to "restore" the Federal Republic.  

What they are proposing is that they will officially occupy our American Federal Republic  and British Commercial Corporations will continue to run this country as a façade of itself, which will continue to be raped and pillaged by the hidden Vermin impersonating us, and "go another round" of the same-old-same-old British Barrister Bunko, all washed down to the tune of marching bands and Yankee Doodle Dandy. 

We counter-offer that the entire British Crown Corporation be dissolved as a transnational crime syndicate along with the Roman Municipal Corporation Syndicate, and that the living people of each country take over lawful and legal control of their own assets and their own credit, including their shareholder interests in the World Bank, IBRD, IMF, Federal Reserve .... and all other financial and "security" exchanges that have been misdirected to implement a takeover of the entire world by corporations.  

Let us remind the leaders that corporations are nameless, faceless, and intrinsically unaccountable fantasies known as "Legal Fictions", and that the conditions agreed upon to allow their existence stipulate that they may be organized and operated for any "lawful" purpose --- not any "legal" purpose.  

These corporations, the Principals backing them, and the managers directing them have --- to a greater or lesser extent --- failed to meet the "lawful" purposes and operations standards. 

We will not be devolving into a system of Corporate Feudalism and  "pledging" our lives and assets to any kind of corporation.  We are demanding that these corporations insofar as they exist and expect to retain the contracts that are their bread and butter, get back into their respective boxes, adhere to their duties under contract, and cease and desist making False Claims against their Employers, and stop trying to commandeer, control, and coerce their Employers and their Employer's assets under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure.  

This dishonest and despicable behavior cannot be excused via any False Pretense of "War" and British Territorial Forces may not enter upon our Federal Republic and pull another Substitution Fraud by impersonating the American Government or pretending to "represent" us.  We have no need of False Representation. 

We are competent to operate all functions ever vouchsafed to the Federal Government and have done all these duties in the past.  Prior to assigning service contracts and delegating responsibilities to subcontractors via the three Federal Constitutions, our States of the Union fulfilled all these different enumerated functions and still have the right and responsibility to take them up again in the face of failure to perform and/or Bad Faith on the part of the current Successors. 

Although we have not formally alleged Bad Faith against the Trump Administration, the failure to give a square report and accounting of the situation to the American People is concerning to say the least. The continuing "offers" to operate "as" our "restored Republic" without being our restored Republic are similarly problematic.  

How can we be expected to continue on in this patently crooked and dishonest fashion, building a world on a pile of sand?  More lies cannot "make good" the lies of the past.  More dishonest covert meddling by the British Crown, more war-mongering, more deceit, is not the answer to anything. 

So now you know exactly what "kind" of "martial law" we have had to deal with, and in what sense our country has been illegally occupied and subjected to a form of Martial Law via "Executive Order" all these years.  You also have a crystal clear view of the institutions responsible for the secrecy surrounding this circumstance, and have been fully informed regarding it. 

Most importantly, the reply of the Americans and the American Government is herein expressed and conveyed.  Mr. Trump is invited to square up his operations and be honest about the circumstance in which we find ourselves.  The offer to occupy our Federal Republic and restore it by impersonating us using British Territorial Citizens is returned and counter-offered: why don't we just liquidate the British Crown Corporation and all of its franchises, and use the receipts to rebuild an honest American Government for The United States, and re-convey the Military to honorable service?  While we are at it, we can return the purloined assets of all the other national governments and embrace diversity of race, religion, and culture?  And do away with the insane prospect of Corporate Feudalism?

International Public Notice: To Roman Catholics

We are taught that the Roman Emperor Constantine had a vision and converted to Christianity as a result, but, many years after this purported conversion, he built his Triumphal Arch in Rome, right next to the Coliseum.  Prominently displayed are a number of Phrygian priests, but not a single Christian symbol.  None.  Not a cross.  Not a fish.  Nothing. 

So who is fooling who again, and what other quid pro quos went down between the Christian Fathers and the Roman Empire at the Council of Nicea?  

Numerous Books of the Bible were thrown out to construct a new narrative of patriarchy devoid of matriarchy.  Anything too spiritual or smacking of Eastern religions, appeals to turn inward to find God, references to reincarnation and meditation, etc., were obscured or thrown out altogether, to better conform to the Roman Materialist view of the world.  Books and "Letters" written by Paul of Ephesus as homages to St. Paul --- that is, written in the style of St. Paul --- were added without explanation, so that readers naturally assumed that Paul of Tarsus wrote them.  

Thousands of prejudicial edits were made by Saint Jerome, who cleaned up the Bible and made it palatable to Roman tastes and traditions.  What did the Christians gain?  Protection, state support provided by the Roman government to all religious institutions -- plus tax free status; compared to being eaten by lions, it was a good deal to be recognized as a state religion of Rome. 

Constantine, for his part, was happy, too.  He no longer had to worry about the pesky Christians  and could go on living his life as a pagan and attending orgies and doing ritual sacrifices to the Flavian gods, so long as he repented before Last Rites. 

This idea that you could live your entire life as a wanton Sinner and confess and be forgiven at the last moment --- as a deliberate lifelong plan ---and still be saved, is one of the more dubious claims of the Church.  They base this on the thief crucified with Jesus, who repented his sins and confessed, and was promised his place in paradise.  

We might note, however, that the thief didn't plan his whole life around sinning as much as possible, only to cast off his filthy lifestyle at the last moment and claim salvation like a Participation Award. 

This theory does appear to be what Constantine was sold.  He made regular trips to the family shrine, worshiped and made sacrifices there, consulted with Soothsayers and priests of his native Phrygian religion, indulged in all the things Roman Emperors are famous for -- orgies, little boys and girls, gluttony, circuses. 

And so long as he got his ticket stamped by the appropriate Christian officials, he fully expected to go straight to Heaven.  

The Church Fathers had thus -- at least in the minds of the Romans -set themselves up as the middlemen and mediators between man and God, who claimed the authority to decide who went to Heaven or not in the Afterlife.  Eventually, the Greco-Roman idea of the Afterlife, a realm of shadows, gave way to the Christian version known as Hell.  In this way, very early on in their relationship with the Romans, the Christian Fathers acquired the ability to determine who got the carrot of salvation and who got the stick of eternal damnation. 

But all you really had to do was be on time for Confession and Last Rites.  

If you extrapolate the logic of this beginning scenario out over 1,700 years it is fairly easy to see how we arrived in the present day, with Constantine's pagan religion being accepted and practiced, cheek-and-jowl, with Christianity as practiced in the Roman Catholic Church.  

One was accepted as a "Secular Religion" and the other as a "Sacred Religion" and nobody blinks at the oxymoron part of this. 

Until 2011, this situation was not only accepted, it was celebrated; the Secular Church was ruled over by the Roman Pontiff, and the Sacred Church was ruled over by the Pope --- the same man wearing two different hats: the obscenely ornate Papal Tiara, or the famous little white skullcap, like a white silk yarmulke. 

In recent years, however, the pagan religion sheltering in tandem within the Church itself has become more and more depraved, its acolytes more active and violent, its Ninth Circle rituals including child sacrifice, molestation, and cannibalism became, if possible, more repugnant and less secret.  

With burgeoning criminal investigations on every side resulting from widespread accusations of pedophilia and incidents of sexual misconduct of various other kinds by the clergy, the Sacred Church decided to pack it in for the sake of its own survival --- as an institution that could be suppressed and outlawed just as the Druids were, for criminal ritual abuses. 

As a result, the Romanus Pontifex Trust was transferred out of the Vatican Bank and offshored to Jamie Dimon and JPMORGAN; and,  the Office of the Roman Pontiff quietly disappeared after centuries of prominence.  Ninth Circle activities were severely curtailed.  And, for all intents and purposes, it appears that the "Romans" have been separated from the Church.  

This has further been underlined and given boldface emphasis as the secular duties of the Roman Pontiff were passed on to a Jesuit serving as Pope -- a circumstance that nobody can explain absent the schism between the two (2) "churches" --- one Roman and one Christian, bound up as the Roman Catholic Church. 

That the Jesuits would be serving the Pontiff rather than the Pope makes perfect sense in that their Order and several other military Orders of the Church have accepted the otherwise logically insupportable concept of killing for Christ.  Dismantling the Office of the Roman Pontiff and removing it from public view would naturally be a job for the Roman Church Jesuits.  

The Roman Church thus far investigated has been identified as a peculiar and ancient sect of Satanism  practiced by the Flavian Roman Emperors; as a former adherent described it, "They delight in lies and puns and double entendres, oxymorons and lapses in logic even more so, all sorts of role playing and impersonation and acting. They do Enochian "calls" and summon demons, and it's while in possession of these demons that they commit these heinous crimes---sometimes against young men and women, but always against children." 

We know that this realization that something this ancient, this pagan, and this profoundly evil has been part of the Roman Catholic Church for centuries, is bound to come as a horrible shock to millions of faithful Catholics. 

We know that some profoundly misguided members of the Military Orders are offended, as they are not Romans and were not made privy to the existence of the Roman Church and its pagan rites. They think that people are making all this up to smear their beloved Church and that the thousands of victims coming forward are just opportunists filing spurious legal claims, trying to make a buck. 

We could wish this was so, but it's not.  As time goes by and evidence accumulates, it is only more and more obvious that terrible things have gone on in the Catholic Church. 

We extend our hands and hearts to all the Catholics who are just as dumbfounded as everyone else, wondering how something like this could be fostered in the heart of a Christian community --- and hidden from all but the most discerning --- for centuries. 

All we can say as comfort is that the greatest good always attracts the greatest evil.  

We have struggled now for over ten years to comprehend this hideous situation within the Church, to make some sense of it, and find something constructive to say --not in blame against the clueless parishioners, not in anger against the many equally clueless members of the Catholic clergy-- but as a worthwhile suggestion. 

The separation of the Catholic Church from the Roman pagan religion needs to be symbolized and memorialized.  A clean break needs to be made.  Many Catholics are horrified by this necessity and the circumstance which compels it, but separating from what is evil is the first step toward preserving what is good. 

It's not our church and it's not our business.  It is only the urgent need to get past this lingering miasma that prompts us to suggest that the Roman Catholic Church change its name simply to the Catholic Church or Catholic Christian Church?  

Leave the ugly past of Ancient Rome behind and closely examine all church doctrines that may have been influenced by the unseen presence of this cult.  Throw the doors open and have a house-cleaning, just as we are cleaning our government and putting our house in order. 

Examine the long hidden relationship with the British Monarchs, too.

Look at the Dead Baby Scam, the baptismal certificates, the birth certificates and all the rest of the arcane apparatus that has been used to bedevil the whole world and which needs to be thrown out in the dustbin of history. 

The Church has lived in a constant state of war, not because the True God ordained it, but because the False God profited from it.
