International Public Notice: For Foreign Governments and Officials

In the late 1800s after the so-called Civil War, and through the beginning decades of the 1900's there was a lot of talk about "American Isolationism" and then, "American Exceptionalism" and finally all this culminated in "Manifest Destiny" and the "Monroe Doctrine", etc. 

The topic of American Isolationism is inherited from the American Government; all the rest --- American Exceptionalism, Manifest Destiny, and the Monroe Doctrine was illegally and immorally embroidered and "contributed" by our British Territorial Subcontractors running amok in their own self-interest.  

As private foreign-owned commercial corporations in the business of providing "essential government services", they were simply looking for excuses to promote war profiteering and shaping political "narratives" --- just as they continue to do today --- trying to justify their violence, avarice, and immoral aims of unjust enrichment and coercive control. 

All this self-interested manipulation of "Public Policy" by these corporations acting under color of law was brought about by the British Crown, the Government of Westminster, the Government of Belgium, and the various iterations of the City of Rome Government and the Holy Roman Empire, all colluding together.  

It has literally had nothing to do with the Americans and everything to do with our foreign Subcontractors --- with the exception of American Isolationism. 

American Isolationism is not what it might appear to be or mean.  It isn't about America overly protecting its markets in international trade.  It isn't about America being "insular" or unfriendly or resisting participation in world affairs.  

American Isolationism is about the actual structure of the American Government. 

Our Forefathers separated the National Soil Jurisdiction from the International Jurisdiction of the Land to prevent European meddling. 

Pure and simple, we "isolated" our National Soil Jurisdiction on purpose, to make sure that European interests couldn't come in and pick off individual counties one-by-one, and thereby create enclaves in support for various European governments and despots, similar to what existed here in Colonial days.  

Everyone will remember that English colonists established bulwarks in New England and Virginia, while the Dutch settled New York, and largely mixed-bag Catholic colonists from various countries settled Maryland, the Spanish colonized the Western States and Florida, and so on. 

So the "isolationism" that irritated these foreign interests was about this decision isolating and protecting our National Soil Jurisdiction.  

If they wanted to reach our soil, they would first have to run the gauntlet provided by our States of the Union. 

This topic has come up again in recent days as our American Government prohibits the existence of "Commonwealths" on our land and soil, and yet, there are now four (4) what appear to be "former" States being blatantly operated as "Commonwealths".  

How can this be? 

The American States still exist, but a false and illegal foreign "administrative state" has been interjected and its operations have been "glossed" over the underlying American State infrastructure, via a process of misrepresentations and substitution fraud by both the British Crown Corporation franchise dba "the United States of America, Incorporated" and the colluding Holy Roman Empire Municipal franchise trusts that have been named after our States. 

In the European (Latinized) system our nation-state holding the national soil jurisdiction is recognized as: maryland.  In English, which is our official language it is styled as: Maryland.  

In the European system our State of the Union holding the international land jurisdiction is recognized as: Maryland.  In English this remains the same: Maryland.  

As you can clearly see, there are in effect, two (2) states --- and two separate jurisdictions involved, but when we use English language conventions, there is no visible distinction between them.  

"Maryland" stands for the nation-state (called the "Union State") as well as the International State (called the "State of the Union").  

On a paper document written using English style conventions, there is no easy, simple way to distinguish these two "states" nor any convenient way to designate their separate jurisdictions, short of spelling it out. 

So we are spelling it out for everyone ---this is how our American Government, as opposed to "the US Government" is structured and how it functions:  

When someone joins a State Assembly, they also automatically populate a County and a County Assembly, too.   

These two Assemblies operate the two different jurisdictions of the law: the Counties hold the National Soil Jurisdiction,  the State holds the International Land Jurisdiction.  

But it is a little bit more complicated than that.

This circumstance arises because land and soil are inextricably linked and because each one of us is always operating on both land and soil. 

You can't step inside a State border without also being inside a County. 

We are always populating BOTH a State and a County. 

We belong to both a State Assembly and a County Assembly. 

Here's the next important concept: 

When all the counties join together like a patchwork quilt, they give rise to the Union State, which is one of the famous "free, sovereign and independent states" briefly recognized by George II in the Treaty of Paris, 1783.  

The Union State controls the national jurisdiction of the soil.  It is populated by living people and contains the actual physical assets of the State. 

As discussed, thanks to English being our official language, this "State", for example, "Maryland" is indistinguishable on paper from the State of the Union, also called "Maryland" which controls the International Jurisdiction of the nation-state.  

Union State = All the living people joined together in a sovereign and decidedly physical nation-state relationship. 

State of the Union = All the Lawful Persons (People) populating the International Jurisdiction belonging to the Union State. 

Maryland the Union State is indistinguishable from Maryland the State of the Union, and unless you know the foregoing, it's possible to be very confused.

From this discussion, it becomes clear to everyone who "We, the People" are, famously referenced in the Preamble of the Federal Constitutions-- and also therefore, who the real Parties of Interest and Principals responsible for the existence of these venerable service contracts called "Constitutions" are: 

The Lawful Persons operating the States of the Union are the "People" referenced, and it is these Lawful Persons operating as State Citizens on behalf of their States, who have the right to enforce the Federal Constitutions on the British Crown and the Holy Roman Empire Successors.  

And it's the Federation formed by the States of the Union, the unincorporated version of The United States of America, that has the right to enforce these Constitutions on our European Subcontractors, on behalf of the States of the Union acting together in their mutual self-interest.   

When you are talking to us, you are talking to that Federation, and you are talking to the actual American Government, not any person or part of the "US Government" claiming to "represent" us.  We are here presenting ourselves, instead. 

This enforcement is precisely what we have done.  We have identified and declared and recorded and published the proper political status of people who have the provenance to claim their American birthright and lawful standing and who act in these capacities within their State Assemblies. 

We have active County Assemblies springing up, ultimately over 3,000 of them, getting organized, and exploring the powers and responsibilities of the soil jurisdiction.  They are also discovering the powers and self-limitations and protections of the Union States ---that represent the actual "American Isolationism" that generations of European Statesmen have found to be so pesky.   

Always remember, then, that the Union State and the State of the Union occupy completely different jurisdictions, one national, one international, and never the twain shall meet. 

International affairs, treaties and contracts, have to be addressed to the State of the Union, and cannot be addressed directly to the Union State, even though the Union State is the sovereign entity. 

This arrangement protects the actual sovereign nation-state and means that its state immunity is also absolutely protected.  Philadelphia might burn, but the soil and land below it stays inviolate. 

In the same way, the Federal Constitutions have to be enforced by the States of the Union and their People, because they are the Parties to these constitutional service contracts. 

Perceptive individuals will realize that this system of ours has the double benefit of protecting the State of the Union as well as the Union State, because by definition, the soil overlays the land--- but that's another aspect of the beauty of "American (Jurisdictional)  Isolationism" and its ability to thwart foreign claims and incursions. 

This is the way it is and the way it shall remain,  so long as faithful and determined defenders of the American Government lift our flag --- which is currently the peacetime flag, with vertical stripes.

Basic Understanding and Bank Contacts Needed

People may not have realized this yet, but when you join a State Assembly, you also automatically populate a County and a County Assembly, too.   

These two Assemblies operate in two different jurisdictions of the law: the Counties hold the National Soil Jurisdiction,  the State holds the International Land Jurisdiction.  

But it is a little bit more complicated than that.

You can't step inside a State border without also being inside a County. 

We are always populating BOTH a State and a County. 

We belong to both a State Assembly and a County Assembly. 

Alright -- here's the next important concept: 

When all the Counties join together like a Crazy Quilt, they give rise to ANOTHER State --- the Union State.  

The Union State controls the National Jurisdiction of the Soil across your whole State. 

The State of the Union controls the International Jurisdiction for the whole State.  

What you are all working on so assiduously is the international State of the Union, which has the Four Pillars and familiar State functions.  

But at the same time, you are populating all the counties one by one, as people from every county join the effort.  

Some of those counties are building their County Assemblies in tandem with building the State of the Union, and yes, this process means that they are ultimately building two (2) "States" at once. 

Union State = All the living people together.

State of the Union = All the Lawful Persons (People) together. 

Remember -- these organizations are all "instrumentalities" of the living people in one jurisdiction or another, and because land and soil are inextricably bound together, it makes total sense that there are two States also inextricably bound together. 

In a few places we are beginning to rub up against this fact. 

We have active County Assemblies springing up, getting organized, and beginning to explore the powers and responsibilities of the Soil Jurisdiction.  They are also discovering the Union State.  

But remember, the Union State and the State of the Union occupy completely different jurisdictions, one national, one international. 

The Union State is the "sovereign and independent nation-state", whereas the State of the Union is the instrumentality of the same people in international venues, both land and sea. 

As a result, when GFG started a Coordinator Contact List and asked for elected persons from the nation-state to act as Bank Contacts and take responsibility for a direct email and contact with the bank, it caused great confusion.  

The county level Union States, the nation-states, don't get involved in international functions like banking.  And the already overburdened Coordinators wondered --- is this another whole job dumped on me? 

So let's clear this up. 

The Coordinators are not being asked to function as the Bank Contacts, too.  The Coordinators already have a fulltime job. They are being asked to locate and appoint a good steady volunteer to act as Bank Contact.  

"Bank Contact" is not an elected office in any Assembly and there is no oath or affirmation involved.  

Finally, it is not a function of the county-level nation-state to do bank business; banking is an international function of the State of the Union --- the State that most of us are busily constructing right now.  

GFG's goal is to have one (1) reliable person who is the contact point for them in each Assembly and who is also the Assembly's contact person back to them.  

The Bank Contact will receive announcements to be shared with the Assemblies about the banks and prosperity centers, and at the same time, will be able to funnel questions that the Assemblies and Assembly Members have back to the appropriate Help Desk. 

This streamlines the communications process so that GFG is dealing with only 50 Bank Contacts instead of 5,000 random people all calling in at the same time.  

For the foreseeable future, being Bank Contact for an Assembly is likely to be a very busy position and it requires someone with patience, commitment and a sterling character, because they will be entrusted with sensitive information and secure private communications links.  

So, look around your current State membership, choose a good and willing candidate to be your Bank Contact. Send their contact information to Coordinators@globalfamilygroup.com.  End of story.  

Or rather, the beginning of another story--- one in which each Assembly has their own designated Bank Contact to troubleshoot their questions.   

This is a good thing for the Assemblies and a good thing for GFG, so let's all do our best to establish this much-needed communications improvement.

International Public Notice: United Nations -- Perform or Die

The land jurisdiction organization known as The League of Nations was blamed for not being able to stop war.  It was thought that a sea jurisdiction organization would be better able to get the job done.  

The United Nations -- the organization, not the corporation -- has proven that this is not so.  It's true that we haven't had another World War on their watch, but we have had hundreds of constant Mercenary Conflicts and a few actual declared wars, and now this: unopposed slaughter of civilians in Gaza. 

For months and months of this.  Through two carpet-bombing assaults each worse than the firebombing of Dresden, and months of slow starvation and attrition against the refugees, and still, nobody but Algeria and half a dozen members of the Arab League do anything?  

Nobody dares to speak against what is going on in Gaza?  Or against the State of Israel, Inc. -- (head office in Kensington Palace) -- which is responsible for all this?  

We recently explained our reasons for not supporting the Netanyahu Regime.  In our view, what Netanyahu has done is every bit as bad as Stalin or Hitler or Chairman Mao --- simply on a smaller scale.  Murder is murder just the same.  

The ICJ was correct to charge Netanyahu as a war criminal and issue the warrant for his arrest.  The only question is - who will serve it?  Someone from outside Israel, or someone within Israel itself?  

It would be better for Israel if they clean up their own mess and realize their own situation. 

The machinery of their government has been taken over by a British Territorial Commercial Corporation --- yet another franchise of the criminally inclined British Crown Corp.   

The British Royals and the Rothschilds and Rockefellers invested heavily in the "State of Israel, Incorporated", giving Netanyahu plenty of credit to spend on his war-making machinery and making him the darling of the skint arms dealers and defense contractors, as well as the icons of Big Oil and Big Maritime Shipping -- all intent on developing the Eastern Mediterranean Oil Basin and a new East Sinai Canal that will open up refined oil product sales to East Africa and West India and beyond.  

It's a juicy, juicy prospect and all Netanyahu has to do -- in his mind -- is "remove" a few million Palestinians, people he hates and is glad to get rid of.  No doubt he and his henchman gathered around computerized white boards just like Adolph Hitler and his Crowd, and planned the "Final Solution" for Gaza.

We have this to say to the United Nations -- if you remain silent or, as you have for the last twenty months, sit blowing smoke, you will have signed your organizational death warrant.  

The same arguments that were used to defund and dissolve the League of Nations will be used to get rid of you, too.  

And all of us will be left with the same take-home message - uh, duh, the problem was never in the jurisdiction of the land or the sea.  It was always and still is, in the jurisdiction of the air.  

Taken from the standpoint of history, all, absolutely ALL of the wars and mercenary conflicts that have pock-marked the Earth for the last 300 years, have been commercial conflicts backed by corporate banks and incorporated military cabals and commercial corporation politicians pretending to be public officials.  

It was useless to conceive a League of Nations on the land, or a United Nations organization on the sea, when all the action and corruption and violence has been promoted and prompted in the jurisdiction of the air, instead. 

All of this misery and loss has been caused by incorporated entities allowed to run wild, like monsters made of paper.  And what are corporations, but "legal fictions" ---- lies?  

These "Legal Fictions" are burning children alive in Gaza, and nobody seems able to say or do anything about it.  The United Nations is failing its mission.  Algeria seems willing, but paralyzed, not knowing what to do.  Even the Arab League stands silent, kiss the ring, (which the cretins stole), and they watch, just like their "Christian" neighbors, as Muslim children burn. 

The Ring of Adam was stolen, just like the Seal of Saint Peter was stolen, just like our Great Seals were stolen and misused.  All these artifacts were stolen by venal men, pirates, who have no right to touch them, much less use them. 

Here is the actual Law: possession by pirates does not change ownership. 

And everything the pirates do with these artifacts while in their possession results in automatic and unavoidable fraud. 

The British Crown Corporation needs to be dissolved and if the Inner City of London fails to discipline its criminal individual corporations by voluntary liquidation, the whole thing needs to be destroyed or nationalized.   

Then, maybe, we could all have some peace.  We wouldn't have to throw up our lunches watching little kids being burned alive. 

And their insane "religion" would be no more, consigned to the dustbin of history where it belongs.

International Public Notice: Into Plough Shares

Over a decade ago, a luminous being appeared in my bedroom one  morning.  This apparition glowed like the morning sun.  It drew close to me and I suppose I ought to have been afraid, but I wasn't. I felt an embrace settle over my shoulders and heard the soft, strangely familiar voice saying, "It's time." 

That's all that was said in words.  

It was like a hug from an old, dear friend and it conveyed total understanding, total sympathy -- and total encouragement.  Whatever it was I had to face, I wasn't alone.  

Over the years since, I have often had cause to remember that hug and those words, and each time I recall this experience, I can feel that hug again, like an echo.  

A couple years ago, we, our Assembly members, undertook an odd task --- so odd that people at the time were alarmed.  Some people even quit the Assembly over it, because we took a break and turned our collective attention to something completely different: removing the Great Seal on Bardsey Island, known to the Welsh as "the island of 20,000 saints", because very long ago, 20,000 saints died there. 

These men and women were sacrificed for a specific Black Magic purpose: to place a Seal, in effect, a dam, on the Ley Line passing through Bardsey Island.  Ever since, that Seal had been blocking the natural energy flow of the Earth's electromagnetic grid, forcing it to well up around the British Islands and deflecting the energy away from its natural destination: Africa.  

There were two such Seals, one at Bardsey Island, and the Great Palatine Seal in Rome, both blocking the flow of energy to Africa and deflecting it to Britain and Europe instead.  

Our mission?  To remove those two Great Seals and restore the natural energy flow to Africa.  Anyone interested can read the directions given and trace the period of time it took for us as a group to accomplish this.  

When it was done and I announced our success it must have seemed strange.  Here I was, talking about something that nobody could see and which many people couldn't feel and which seemed to have nothing to do with our effort to restore America's actual government, yet, as I told everyone at the time, we had by our simple efforts, corrected a great injustice, helped to restore balance to the Earth, and helped to set Africa free to thrive as our Creator intended it to thrive. 

And Africa has, indeed, begun to awaken.  Already, out of Africa have come a free energy engine for cars and from tiny Burkina Faso, a leader who is changing not only Africa, but the entire world. Traore. 

Already the man is a legend and Africa is arising and uniting and doing peaceful, healthy things to heal itself and to reach out to embrace the rest of the world.  Burkina Faso's Traore has remembered the impact of the African Diaspora, the slave trade that exported Africa's most precious natural resource: it's people.  

He has called them from the ends of the Earth to come home. 

Predictably, such a man has aroused the fear and hate of what we call "the Old White Men" who have schemed and benefited themselves by stealing Africa's resources for generations, and profited, too,  by deliberately spawning endless conflicts there. 

It's no surprise to find the French Government involved in trying to overthrow Traore's fledgling military government, and all the usual propaganda machines revved up spreading the same lies and pulling the same kinds of deceits that have been used to excuse murdering African leaders for generations.

When it comes to "colonial investments" the French are always at the bottom of the dog pile along with the British and Dutch.  They have been feeding off Africa like parasites for centuries, and as shown by the "Seventeen Suitcases" incident, have been abusing diplomatic immunity to foment crimes against African governments and manipulate economic development via blackmail and payola. 

Those who care to remember, will know that the entire "conflict" in Vietnam was sparked by French colonial investments in Vietnamese Rubber Plantations.  

So these European pigs have revved up their engines and decided to give Traore their standard treatment.  Unable to blackmail, scare, or buy him, they decided to "remove" him.  Just a routine little change of government operation, start a little war, tell a bunch of lies in the newspapers.... which they own, lock, stock, and blue chip certificates. 

Traore's alert defense forces detected a convoy of 47 truckloads of new and used NATO munitions (another reason we have told Donald Trump to give NATO the Boot) disguised as "humanitarian aid".  

Only this time, the Perpetrators got caught and exposed for who and what they are and what they are doing. 

Faced with $100 million-worth of arms and munitions, drones and surveillance and communication equipment, Traore had to decide what to do with this "gift".  So he updated the equipment of his own armed forces where possible, and passed on some items to other African nations, but for the bulk of it, he ordered all this military equipment to be melted down, turned into metal, for use as building materials.   

The metal will serve a useful and positive purpose, and no longer be a focus for efforts to steal it back, or worse, be used to promote more war and destruction and killing.

People have waited for over 2,000 years to see the weapons of war turned into ploughshares.  Traore just quietly stepped forward and did it.  Literally. 

The message is spreading.  

We don't need a Supreme War Commander; we need a Supreme Peace Commander.  

Our message, that the military needs to be converted and re-tasked to undertake action against the actual enemies of mankind -- ignorance, poverty, pollution, disease, self-interest, gluttony, arrogance, lies, thieves, and murderers -- is being echoed back to us from Burkina Faso.  

And it's resonating and echoing throughout the Earth. 

This is why we were called to be spiritual warriors and undertake the removal of the Great Seals.  No doubt we will be called to be spiritual warriors again, so that America --- the real America --- can be at peace and part of this awakening.  

It doesn't matter what labels and fears Evil Men apply to us.  They can call us Communists and they can call us Fascists or any other label they want to apply, but at the end of the day, there are only two kinds of men --- those who stand for death, and those who stand for life.  

As my other-worldly visitor said when he came to comfort me, and as Traore recently said, "It's time."  

It's time to wake up and stand for life.

International Public Notice: Dear Mr. Putin, Again

Please remember that we, the actual Americans, are not members of NATO; our American Government did not approve the illegal occupation of Western Europe by what appeared to be "American" forces. None of it.  

And our sons and daughters had no idea in this world that they were being "pressed" into service as cheap mercenaries serving foreign powers. 

Not a clue. 

It's even unclear what or how much Donald Trump knew or what he was told by "military" handlers.  

This game of shadows and impersonators has gone on a long time. The layers of the fraud have deepened until nearly everyone is confused.  

What is apparent is that the real enemies of mankind operated the Roman Catholic Church as a storefront, operated the United Nations as a storefront, operated what appeared to be our government as a storefront, and have operated "Great Britain" --- a company, not a country --- as a storefront.

These storefront organizations have put a nice gloss on crimes against humanity and provided nice assumptions and expectations that have never borne fruit in reality.  

What we have now, on a worldwide basis, is a history of fraud, violence, and war-for-profit, institutionalized and hidden by those profiting from it.  

Our people and our States of the Union are not the perpetrators responsible for this abuse and deceit. We have been among the chief victims of it.  

Please remember this.  Remember our Alliance with Russia and the Russian people in 1858.  Remember that we have never broken the peace between our nations.  Remember that we have reminded the nations of the world of Russia's lawful and legal prerogatives under the Treaty agreements dismantling the Soviet Union.  

We know that you had every right in this world to enter the Crimea after the abdication of that government, and also a practical and moral obligation to your own people and to humanity to put an end to the reckless criminality and proliferation of biological warfare agents taking place in Ukraine. 

The so-called Intelligence Agencies collaborated in murdering the elected government of Ukraine in 2014 and installed Zelensky as a puppet.  We know that.  We never approved of it.  We advocated defunding the CIA  and MI6 over their reckless and criminal change of government activities in Ukraine and elsewhere.  

We have decried the carpet-bombing of Gaza and called out Donald Trump for his apparent lack of emotion for 20,000 Palestinian children murdered for profit, the continued support of "the US" for the Netanyahu regime, and the failure to provide practical and immediate relief to the survivors of the Israeli rampage in Gaza.  

These are not matters in which people can take sides. There is only one "side" --- the side of life and decency, and without that, there is no future for any country on Earth. 

We believe -- sincerely -- and we always have believed, that if we leave even one man enslaved, we open up the possibility of being enslaved ourselves.  

We believe -- sincerely -- and we always have believed, that each nation has the right of freewill and self-determination for itself, and that we have no business telling other people how to live or what to believe, and can only demonstrate with our own lives the benefits and follies of our own choices. 

We believe -- sincerely -- that our country is blessed with many resources, more than sufficient to fulfill our needs and leave plenty to spare with less fortunate neighbors. We are not tempted to wage war for profit nor do we seek to extend any political philosophy; our country is not a "democracy" --- that's our British Territorial Subcontractors whining endlessly about "our democracy", which from our perspective, is their democracy, not ours.  

As civilians we have been doing our part to rein in and correct the operations of the "government services corporations" that have been misrepresenting themselves as our "representatives" and defrauding everyone from here to breakfast. 

We are not Imperialists of any kind.  We are the original and still determined proponents of national self-determination, freedom, and the sacred rights and dignity of all mankind.  We are natural allies of the Russian people and all living people on this planet. We cast our lot in favor of life abundant for everyone -- and have always done so, even when our voice has been drowned by artillery fire and propaganda. 

Please remember us and who we are, despite all the attempts to misrepresent us and blame "the Americans" for what the Brits and some Germans and Romans have done. 

Let those who have sown the whirlwind reap it, but with God as our Witness, pass over us.  We do not belong to, nor do we approve of, NATO.  We have told Mr. Trump to divest from all such associations in any matter concerning us.  

We believe that the recent activities of NATO, CIA, MI6 and UN CORP seeking to destabilize the government of Burkina Faso and indeed, to promote war and civil unrest in the entire surrounding region of Africa speaks for itself.  

The proof provided by Burkina Faso of organized blackmail and bribery of officials and industry leaders by the French Government operating under cover of diplomatic immunity was conclusive for us. So was the proof provided by the weapons convoy Burkina Faso intercepted-- 47 truckloads of used NATO armaments and new arms intended to spread a new wave of death and destruction impacting innocent living people throughout Togo, Burkina Faso, and neighboring countries.  

We were sickened. Clearly, the old colonial powers like France have not given up their lawless avarice and violent intent to profit from the natural resources of others. All they did was change the jurisdiction of their operations and otherwise, they have rebranded and relabeled "Colonialism" --- together with all the evils that implies. 

We greatly support Traore in his decision to melt the captured weapons and put an end to any possibility that they could be recaptured and used to harm anyone.  We need that kind of thinking and action in this world.

Our country is in the midst of a great awakening, like all the other countries.  In the end, there are only two kinds of men, those who support life and decency, and those who throw life away and chase after idolatry.  Count us, the actual Americans, among those who cherish life for all mankind.
