The Constitution for the united States of America

Hi, Paul,

Monday night people saying this document is very rare. I happened to
squirrel a copy. The place I got it is indeed gone. I thought you might
like to host it and send out an email, and forward the docs to other
webmins to avoid the risks of a single source disappearing. Thanks!

Barry

Hi Barry,
I will keep this on file, and if it proves to be the genuine article we have been looking for I will publish it as you see fit.
Paul Stramer

I then forwarded the documents to Anna and this was her response.

Yes, thank you!!! This is a printed copy of the text of the real McCoy that was written on vellum in India ink and then published and distributed via printing press—- this version.

Please share on the website and Teri, you, too.

There is a vellum copy in the Northeastern United States and a British Lord has original copies of all the documents and has them in safekeeping.

They — the vellums—-are very fragile and important in the current scenario —and hard to read— but this is a valid copy of what was published and distributed at the time.

Anna Von Reitz

Here are two JPG files of photocopies of the Original Constitution for the united States of America

Here is the PDF file of the text of the actual document transcribed for easier reading.

  1. "To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States;" So, what punishment should We the State Assemblies mete out to the foreign usurpers for violating this clause (inter alia many others) for over a century? How about 20 years to life for all of them? Thanks, Paul and Anna!

  3. Let's remember this Constitution is only ONE of the four (4) Organic Laws providing our foundational laws to reckon our lawful/legal compass for The United States of America and for The United States. The Three preceding this are 1. The Declaration of Independence, 2. The Articles of Confederation, 3. The Northwest Ordinance.

Only two of these crucial documents assure the freedom of the people: the first two. The third and fourth begin a divide and conquer process fully in effect today.

For starters to see this with your own eyes and mind, read very literally the various Articles of The Articles of Confederation, then compare critically every word that either matches or departs from the words in the Articles of Confederation, to the corresponding Articles of the Constitution above, and you will begin to comprehend how the dividing, changing of names, adding a House of Representatives, transforming former state representatives to Senators holding the electoral power to choose the President elect of the United States, introducing two conflicting oaths, - Art II and Art VI, - converting former organic state representatives from a "United States in Congress Assembled" to "a" (not "the") Congress of the United States", and allowing the Pot US to take an oath "to support the constitution of the United States", (Article II), not "to support "this constitution" - (Article VI). And combining the appointed office of the POTUSA with the elective office of the POTUS. We all need to search these documents diligently finding the consistencies and inconsistencies, or forever remain in the dark about what has been wrought through promoting the idea that a Constitution is our salvation. It can also be a slippery slope to tyranny, if fashioned loosely as it is and if not diligently enforced upon officers of the United States., forcing them to take and keep the Article VI oath, which has never been required of any U.S. officer.

    5. Thank you Joel! -

What you have presented here is indicative of the war-mongering strategy of "divide and conquer." People can see the proof of this "strategy" through their primary channels of awareness (i.e. sensory, logic and direct knowing) if people will just acknowledge what they can see, reason and/or know within their inner certainty.

Now that we know this strategy and how it has worked upon the collective psyche of the American people - can we consider the possibility of organizing an independent educational initiative for supporting individuals through the process of awakening to the necessity for holding "the Constitution" in right context along with the preceding three Organic Laws? .........

  4. On your web site you have a page, "What the Constitution means". While it says a lot it does not say what constitution means. Available in reprint or for free in pdf, "The English Lawyer", 1732 a book on writs and their nature and form. I learned that "constituted" meant "commissioned" and "constitution" meant "commission".

What happens when a commissioned officer disobeys his commission (constitution) ... All offices and public employees come under this commission

  5. never forget article 1:8:18... the necessary and proper clause... go read it right now. This power clause is written SIX times in the constitution... article 1 ; article 1:8:17 ; article 4:3:2 ; article IV:1 ; article 1:8:18 and article 2:2. the necessary and proper clause stirred such emotion... the called for adding the bill of rights was demanded.

  6. Couple things:
"Constitution for the United States of America" on the original document,
rather than The Constitution for the united States of America, as articles' title.

Out of Rhode Island, not Philadelphia; references Philadelphia in last paragraph

Your Excellency’s most humble & obedient servants – is Excellency a title?

So, is this Constitution for unincorporated Territorial United States of America?

It doesn't appear to be Constitution for the united States.
Is there such a Constitution for the united States of America?
    What am I missing here?

from Quick Start Guide for Vets - 2
      http://www.paulstramer.net/2020/04/quick-start-guide-for-vets-2.html
"...There are nineteen enumerated services and nineteen enumerated “delegated Powers” granted to three (3) Federal Subcontractors. They were/are:
      1. The States of America ---- operated by “the united States of America” [the original Confederation] under “The Constitution for the united States of America” – which were American Subcontractors, organized as States of States, doing business under names styled like this: The State of New York. This organization functioned from 1787 to 1863.
      2. The British Territorial United States doing business as “the” United States of America, operating under “The Constitution of the United States of America”.
      3. The Municipal United States Government doing business as “the” United States, operating under “The Constitution of the United States”.
      Do you notice something important?
Our actual and original government and its instrumentalities – the Union doing business as The United States, and the Federation doing business as The United States of America and the Confederation doing business as the States of America don’t operate under any “Constitution”.
It’s only the Federal Subcontractors that operate under Constitutions... "

This is confusing. thanks & stay sane

    2. says 'this Constitution"
      Rather than the or The.

      Last paragraph
"... IT is Voted and Resolved, That the Report of the Convention, lately held at Philadelphia, proposing a new Constitution for the United States of America, be printed as soon as may be: That the following Number of Copies be sent to the several Town-Clerks in the State, to be distributed among the Inhabitants, that the Freemen may have an Opportunity of forming their Sentiments of the said proposed Constitution, to wit:... "

      >>> Freemen may have an Opportunity of forming their Sentiments of the said proposed Constitution, <<<<

Confusing for sure. As its sent for their Sentiments. Does this mean its not the final rendition?

But one can read again & again, with newer insights. No wonder the bastards born of satans backside removed government studies in our schools. And we let them.

    4. From Anna:

It's clear that the "Commenters" on this article haven't read what I have published before and what is clearly and explicitly shown on our One Pager of the Government Structure. They are still confused between the actual American Government of, for, and by the People composed of the Union, the Federation, and the Confederation, versus "the Federal Government" that operates as Subcontractors--- Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.

It's true that The Northwest Ordinance provided an avenue for possible usurpation against our actual government by giving the Territorial Government a role in policing and providing custodial care for new territories and possessions. That said, it's our responsibility to accept new territories and possessions into full Statehood, instead of Statehood by Compact--- a job that we are now in the process of getting done.

      http://annavonreitz.com/citizenshipchartfinal.pdf

Not confused in the way expressed. There isn't a 'The', its all 'the' or 'this' & no signatures in the document.

    2. Yes, its said there are 3 Constitutions. All of them use 'of'. So there isn't a 'Constitution for the united States' that is signed as such, there is only Constitution of the United States?
Though maybe, the intention may have been for it to be 'for'.

Am purposefully excluding 'The' & 'the' & as its also referred to as 'this'.
      What confusion.
When would we see it titled 'The' aside from our referencing it? Is there not 'The' nor 'for' identifying which Constitution is which?
Not to make problems here, but really, to clarify what actually is, as it is.

Letters & numbers have been switched. Add that dates were written as i500, as 500 yrs after Christ, but blatantly obviously changed to 1500 on art works, rock carvings etc, thus adding 500 yrs.

  15. The whole problem with the constitution for the united States of America is that it makes it very clear what is and isnt acceptable to do....but unlike the penal code, it doesnt spell out what happens to people when those rules are violated...!!
Also , some of the amendments are in direct violation of the constitution itself...like making Washington DC its own country, instead of making it another state, and the one that makes " contracts" the ultimate contract , irrespective of the constitution...!!

No state may make any law restricting the right to contract..!!
Tell me that law wasnt taken advantage by attorneys..!!

Those two amendments gave attorneys the right to commit fraud..!!

And as long as we are on the subject, bill benson did exhaustive research into the constitution, going to every state archive, and found out that not only the most of the amendments to the constitution werent passed lawfully ( because of the complexidy of making an amendment ) that shortcuts were taken to expeidite the process making the whole constitution a " big fat lie"...!!
I told everyone a long time ago that our constitution is way to complicated , especially since it never gives us the remedy for its violations..!!
The entire constitution can be reduced to only one thing...
Do no harm to anyone...period, end of story..!! And if you do damage to someone, you need to go to prison for life...!!

    1. What is the purpose of "Trial by Jury"...

    2. You know what i mean...someone took me for over $200,000 ..
Should that be civil...!! No one was actually physically injured but left me totally broke..!! Should we just roll over and take it...!!
It doesnt have to be a physical injury...it just has to be an injury...and taking money from someone illigally, or even legally , but not doing what he promised is a crime...FRAUD..!!

But no one wants to punish crime or fraud because this entire system is based on fraud..!! So the answer to your question is YES..!! Especially if it was done intentionally..!!

  20. Where is the now lost 'dusty' Constitution. We all have a need to know. Was it written exactly as we're told?
Just to give a heads-up to Folks, that what's historically printed about America’s history & its governance prior to 1776 may not be true.
So, what contracts existed prior that may have been removed, burned, or are buried. Did the enemy burn specific buildings for its purposes to eliminate our true history?

I think quite possibly, this is a lie about perpetrators:
"Around 8 p.m., on the evening of August 24, 1814, British troops under the command of Vice Admiral Sir Alexander Cockburn and Major General Robert Ross marched into Washington, D.C., after a victory over American forces at Bladensburg, Maryland, earlier in the day. The nation was in the midst of war. Word of the approaching forces sent most of the population fleeing, leaving the capital vulnerable. Meeting little to no resistance, British troops set fire to much of the city, in retaliation for the Americans' burning of the Canadian capital at York on April 27, 1813. Those who remained on the evening of August 24, 1814, were witness to a horrifying spectacle. The British torched major rooms in the Capitol, which then housed the Library of Congress, as well as the House, Senate and Supreme Court. The White House, the navy yard and several American warships were also burned; however, most private property was spared..." https://www.aoc.gov/blog/burning-capitol-during-war-1812

Canadian capital in York. Library of Congress. Hum. History turned to ash. A false history inserted?
Not to be conspiratorial, but to know, to figure this out. No need to get swirly headed, nor headachy over this. Only that we deserve to know.

    1. Here a facsimile of Declaration was made:
In 1814, when the British attacked Washington, State Department clerks evacuated the Declaration, first to an unused gristmill near Chain Bridge over the Potomac River and later to a private home near Leesburg, Virginia. By 1817 Secretary of State Richard Rush noted that the "hand of time" had faded the signatures. In 1820 Secretary of State John Quincy Adams contracted with William J. Stone to engrave a facsimile of the Declaration, and when it was completed in 1823, Congress ordered two hundred official copies on parchment. It is because of Stone's engraving plate, now in the National Archives, that we know what the original Declaration looked like.
Constitution. The Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia during the summer of 1787, and on September 16 - 17, 1787, Jacob Shallus, an assistant clerk of the Pennsylvania State Assembly, engrossed the Constitution on four parchment sheets. Delegates signed it on page four, and George Washington and William Jackson, the president and secretary of the convention, signed a fifth page, called the Resolution of Transmittal. The Constitution, like the Declaration, passed to the custody of the Department of State in 1789, moved with the government, and was evacuated to Leesburg in 1814. The Constitution was never exhibited, and there are only a few mentions of it in the historical record…

      >>>> Practically nothing is known about the Bill of Rights between 1789 and 1938, except that it was kept with other signed original laws and resolutions, moved with the government, and although not specifically mentioned, was probably evacuated to Leesburg in 1814. <<<<<

    2. Letter of Transmittal - We don't see this often. It gives direction on how to proceed. “It was a bold, dare say revolutionary, statement” - how the government is to be replaced.

      https://www.usconstitution.net/transmit.html
The Convention, upon completing its work on the Constitution, wrote a letter to the Congress. The letter, known as The Letter of Transmittal, laid out for Congress that which the Convention felt should happen next: that the Constitution should be presented to the states and that each state should ratify the Constitution and notify Congress of such ratification. The remainder of the Letter outlined, in short order, how the government ought to be replaced once ratification was complete. It was a bold, dare say revolutionary, statement.

The following text was taken from Miracle at Philadelphia and confirmed via comparison with an image of the Letter.

In Convention Monday September 17th 1787.
      Present
      The States of
New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Mr. Hamilton from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Resolved, That the proceeding Constitution be laid before the United States in Congress assembled, and that it is the Opinion of this Convention, that it should afterwards be submitted to a Convention of Delegates, chosen in each State by the People thereof, under the Recommendation of its Legislature, for their Assent and Ratification; and that each Convention assenting to, and ratifying the Same, should give Notice thereof to the United States in Congress assembled.
Resolved, That it is the Opinion of this Convention, that as soon as the Conventions of nine States shall have ratified this Constitution, the United States in Congress assembled should fix a Day on which Electors should be appointed by the States which shall have ratified the same, and a Day on which the Electors should assemble to vote for the President, and the Time and Place for commencing Proceedings under this Constitution. That after such Publication the Electors should be appointed, and the Senators and Representatives elected: That the Electors should meet on the Day fixed for the Election of the President, and should transmit their Votes certified, signed, sealed and directed, as the Constitution requires, to the Secretary of the United States in Congress assembled, that the Senators and Representatives should convene at the Time and Place assigned; that the Senators should appoint a President of the Senate, for the sole Purpose of receiving, opening and counting the Votes for President; and, that after he shall be chosen, the Congress, together with the President, should, without Delay, proceed to execute this Constitution.
