  2. Notice Anna saying that you are still entitled to all of your benefits such SS, retirement benefits, etc. once you go through the process of expatriation. This only makes sense since they used you assets and labor to create them. Many people have asked me this because they are afraid they will lose them and therefor do not go through the process.

  3. I heard that as well and brought that up with Paul in the comments, he reiterated that I heard her say it. My point is that she also says in the same video, the federal dependents and gov't employee's would be affected by taking back their trade names. Which is it cause receiving benefits makes you a federal dependant last I heard. Yes I Don't capitalize federal, just being lazy.

    1. Not certain but my position would be that receiving benefits you have paid into are insurance benefit claims and not to be considered being a federal dependent.

  4. As the only heir to the estate, everything belongs to us. There is no benefit with SSA, no contract, its an agreement to be surety for the foundling child/person the State created. The funds can be paid out to an unknown beneficiary once claimed upon retirement and why all monies go into a general fund to be subject to the whims of the cartel. Thats why the cabal says SSA is broke! From that perspective, it is.

  6. Using your trade name, their law to obey whiles serving us, the constitution, says they must respect our right to contract, which we have regardless of the government officers respecting it. I know someone who told me to accept state funds for an airport, the funds were owed back it not using them for the purpose, keeping it open or whatever repairs, etc. However, accepting federal funds and lot of regulation applies, agents appear on the property and claim rights to this or that, look at you paperwork for instance or "police" the place.
If you went to France, and contracted for something with a French national or store or something, perhaps a bank loan for business, would you automatically lose your state national status as an American?
If you are a state national, and contract for license plates too keep from being hassled by revenue collectors with big guns, does that contract cause you to automatically lose your state national status. So once you put the plates on and obtain a license to drive on the roads for the reasons aforementioned, are you then no longer a Kansan or Oklahoman? If registering a car in your trade name, once you do it you lose your original status of American Common Law, dejure Kansan or Oklahoman and are now a United States Citizen?

    1. Air, like Popeye used to say "I yam what I yam!" Just because you go into a garage, it doesn't make you a car. You are an American no-citizen state national. Now "the right to contract shall not be impaired" is constitutional and this is what the crooks use to try to get you to volunteer and contract with them. This is what they have been doing all your life. From the moment you were born, they fooled your mother unwittingly into 'delivering' you to the state and everything went downhill from there. It is up to us to correct mom's error by correcting our record in the public. Just because she and you agreed to contract with them, that still does not mean that you sold your soul to them because they never fully disclosed the terms of the contracts. These contract, whether verbal, written or implied are therefor all null and void for fraud. So with Popeye we should all stand up and say: "I've had all I can stands, I can't stands no more!", eat our spinach and give the Brutus brutes what's coming to them.

    2. Well said, 1FreeMan. It all boils down to contract law, so to any out-of-jurisdiction transgressing public official: "Do you feel you have an enforceable contract here? Then, show it. Fraud vitiates all contracts. And yours, I suspect, are all null and void where I am concerned, due to non-disclosure, similar-names fraud, and identity theft. You have no contract here, and therefore, no business even speaking to me as an American state-national, absent serving a signed and bonded warrant with accompanying affidavit asserting a bonded claim. Have a nice day."

    3. Chris - and should that "bonded claim" be "backed by pre-1933 Silver Dollars minted by the United States Treasury"?:
