The Bible is essentially an Egyptian-retelling of Hebrew history liberally
edited numerous times by groups with axes to grind. What remains is a very
strange book indeed.
Even the name of the Bible is peculiar. The words "Holy Bible" translate
as "Sun Book". Why? Because the Egyptians who created it worshiped a sun god,
Amon Ra, and their object in compiling the Bible was very different from what we
assume.
Didn't it ever strike you as odd that the Hebrews, out there roaming around
in the desert, managed to compile such a record as the Bible presents?
