MR. TRUMP’S SECOND AMENDMENT

Hey all you Trump supporters need to read this right away and then write to Mr Trump and tell him to read it.

NewsWithViews.com
Notwithstanding the rioters in the streets of major American cities who are attempting to create the chaotic conditions for a neo-Bolshevik take-over of the United States through a “purple color revolution” of the George Soros/Gene Sharp pattern, tens of millions of Americans are provisionally pleased with the election of Donald Trump to the Presidency. Only “provisionally pleased”, though, because even among his most ardent supporters no one can be certain of what he actually intends to do, or will in fact do, once he has been inaugurated.
The most important duty of any and every President is to fulfill the “Oath or Affirmation” that he “do[es] solemnly swear (or affirm) that [he] will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of [his] Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”. U.S. Const. art. II, § 1, cl. 7. To this end, he must rigorously perform his constitutional duty to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”, the Constitution being first and foremost among those “Laws”. U.S. Const. art. II, § 3. On his official website, Mr. Trump assures us that he will champion what he describes as “Second Amendment Rights”. Unfortunately, a careful reading of this declaration demonstrates deficiencies in his understanding of those “Rights” and their proper applications.

  2. As Ed knows, an Oath to the US CONstitution/UNITED STATES is completely different to one that is taken on a Bible and to the Republic/Union/united states of America.
one is corporate and the other is common law !

  3. He had made his position known on gun control. He hasn't changed that. You have to understand how busy he is and how complex the job is that he is doing. Be patient. Give him some time, he's not even in office yet. His view of gun ownership is not a "privilege" but a right of the people.

Many just cannot handle the truth is the problem. as W/M said many issues are priority on the plate to organize the complexity to get things done. Patience is key let him get setup with the proper staff in place.

    3. Yes Wynter Moon, if only all "We the People" understood that gun ownership is a RIGHT and not a privilege that the states or the national government may NOT take away at their self-serving whim or discretion!

  4. Can we just give Donald Trump a few more days to formulate some very complex policies? Hopefully his oath will be based on Common Law, just as Jeff Sessions has indicated that he intends to return to the united States Constitution and the rule of law, and we all hope that will end the Service Corporation controlling the people, or at least trying to do so, and return America to a country of, by and for the people.

    1. I'm with you Shenny Bradford, I have much faith in Donald Trump. The first thing for all the people to understand - this man is not in it for the money!!! He's got PLENTY of that. The last thing he wants is for an entire nation and the world see him as a liar. I think this man is going to "Kick ass & take numbers". I think he's going to change a lot of things for the better and put some of the crooks behind bars!

  5. Seriously people, why don't you just all quickly jump off the cliff that everybody is creating regarding the what's, where's and the who's of Donald Trump’s comings and goings. Sadly people are still bent on putting it in an untrusting and negative tone, such as "Well we don't know what he's going to do but if you read this and interpret it this way you can then see the worrisome nature and why we are still promoting an anti “Legally Elected President Elect Trump” rhetoric for the convolution of America’s mind. Just keep your opining at a minimum over every little tiny piece of data flooding through "fake and real" journalism at epic proportions. Everyone has got something to say but not everyone is in it to help America. They just like pointing out the multitude of possibilities of problems that could possibly transpire. Why don't you get off your duff, go down to the corner in your town and see what real people are doing day in and out. Do a piece on it and just maybe you will have then served a purpose.

  6. This article is all well and good and all, but the real issue with Mr. Trump is, which constitution did he take an oath to uphold and defend? The organic one of 1789 is dormant, and every single United States since 1860 has gone bankrupt, so what is Trump president of? On top of that, almost everyone believes they are U.S. citizens, so the 2nd amendment wouldn't apply to them anyway. I think a first priority should be to unincorporate "government" and restructure the educational system, as the 'citizens' are so brainwashed, they would never understand any of this.

    1. I agree with you Margy, but it's the warrior class in and out of the military that can make the difference for our future, and he will be, by default, their commander. That is our second biggest problem. The first is the judicial tyranny we are experiencing. We can dream all we want about how it should be, and we will always be snapped back tot he reality of how it is with those two items. Regardless of what he is president of, we will see what he is made of shortly. If he really wants to help the country, he can do that in the first half hour by cancelling about 2500 executive orders of his predecessors. I am NOT impressed by his cabinet picks so far. I don't hold out much hope that anything will change. Yes he will preside over a bankrupt corporation, but he still could strike a few blows for freedom, especially if he got on TV and started educating everyone in America about the fraud, but then I don't think he has the knowledge to do that, and if he did they would probably kill him. So what do you propose as the solution?

  7. Perhaps the place to start is for everyone to make up their minds that the US Constitution is in full force and effect on the 4 square feet they are standing on, regardless of the consequences. Get enough people. Win the country back.

  8. I say let Donald Trump take the "oath" but add to the end of it...without prejudice, so help me God. Lets see if they like that one.
